Yep I understand fully. You get the feeling he really wants to leave. Unlike Holt, where you knew he just wanted more of the dollar

I'm thinking of dropping out. Other things have become more time consuming and the last thing I wanna do with my little spare time is manage a fantasy West Brom team.

Morning all OK

Remember tactics are due in tonight, I'm busy but around this morning, and then not around till Sunday night when I'll write up the results. Predictions should be sent by the Sunday evening.

As we're losing the West Brom manager, if anyone can find us a new manager then they will receive a 1m boost to their budget.

Finally, was thinking about people unhappy with the lack of a cash injection. If foreign offers were increased to two per week, how would people feel about that?

Dunno, think there should be cash after each game, oherwise can see the league drying up.

The league will dry up quicker if everyone is given cash. 2 foreign offers per week means clubs can raise their own funds.

Yeah that's the thing, I don't want all the good players coming into the league too quickly.

I think maybe increasing the foreign offers and the 5m every 4 games is enough.

what about having something like TV money being used for x amount of games that week. Say 2 fixtures at random are chosen to be on sky, each manager who's fixtures are on sky pocket 2 million each. The draw will then be done at random?

Could also be done for cup games in mid-week

Maybe enigma, not a fan of giving random teams money though, I would be up for doing a manager of the month where there's a vote on the best managers of the previous four games, winner gets 5m, then 2.5m and 1m for second and third.

Could we have sponsership money Trebs?

Like £5million every 4 weeks + £2.5 million per win?

Different teams have different sponsership deals and we get to negotiate them at the beginning and middle of the season?

Maybe trebs and someone else (I don't mind doing it as long as I get aided) come up with 3 sponsership deals for each club. Then the manager has to pick which one they want.

E.g.

Man U

Offer 1: Lucazade - The drinks company want to move into the football market in a big way and so will supply their drinks for all the players.

£5 million every 3 games
£2 million per every win
-£1 million per every loss

Offer 2: Mexican Discovery - With Hernandez at United Mexican Discovery want to tap into his fame to raise their brand. They will supply the half time snacks at Old Trafford.

£7.5 million every 3 games
£1.5 million per every win
Hernandez must play at least 75% of all games this season

Offer 3: Pixar - The animation studio want to buy up the rights to Wayne Rooney so they can make a rival version of Shrek. They will help to raise United's brand name by having them appear in their films.

£10 million every 3 games
£1 million every win
-£2.5 million every draw or loss

Sponsor money could be added for season 2, in addition to prize money. For this season I'm not keen to have too much money flying around. I'd be happy to have something target based, so a sponsor paying x amount upfront, but wanting a cup success or top four league position in order to secure bonuses.

But wouldn't come in until season 2.

I'm thinking something like
Lucozade would offer United £10m upfront, as well as offering bonuses of:
£10m for winning the league
£20m for winning champions league
£10m for winning FA Cup

etc.

Yeah, we'll see, it's an option for season 2.

Was also thinking of having a league cup, champions league and europa league at the end of the season, and the fa cup running through the season? Thoughts on that?
