When the New England kit launched, Nike is would have had teasers out by now.
Canterbury seems to be disorganised as a company IMO.
FYI, I asked the someone in marketing at CCC about this last month.
Hi Pete
Hope you are well.
We take on the partnership from 1st September and the release of the kit
will be sometime late September/early October.
...
So you've got a little while to wait sorry

AGGGHHH my eyes!!!!
The home shirt looks liek you would expect, but what on earth is up with the away kit. Did the designers two year old get hold of the design and a lime hightlighter pen at the same time?

Ah, but you would say that SS Anyway, I prefer lime to 'dark chocolate' , although I do like your new 'home' kit

pete - not chocolate, its pronounced poopie. Being serious I saw the shirt and it took a second to notice that it was odd, and then it just got worse. Is there some reasoning behind it or is it just 'fashion'?

I believe it represents a "fresh" beginning, as in the Lime colour.

That lime is pretty dazzling - don't get me wrong, I'm not enamoured with the Scarlets brown kit but the lime sleeves for that just look plain out of place with the white kit!
The home kit is as to be expected, - that one could maybe have even done with a slash of lime through it though... lol

is the lime meant to be green, as in 'turning over a new leaf'?

Nah mate just got it off the O's website
The new look away shirt with the inclusion of lime green signifies the freshness of the start of a new season

From the website - "The new look away shirt with the inclusion of lime green signifies the freshness of the start of a new season, and is expected to prove a big hit with fans young and old"
This might give a better look at the home kit - HERE

Thats a good photo of the home kit - looks nice with the 'pattern' which can just be seen, and the white piping

I think that is the names of clubs in the region (may be wrong). As for the Freshness Of A New Season, does that mean that after October they will stop wearing the lime on the sleaves.

I don't see what's wrong with the Os' away shirt. The sleeves aren't exactly neon green.

Its alright for you, the Dragons are the only region who have an away shirt that don't look vile (I assume that there will still be the Cardiff Pinks)

Unfortunately, away form isn't decided by how nice your shirt is...

Glasgow next:

Not bad - quite 'vanilla', but at least nothing to be embarrassed about.
Big Angus managing to look friendly and also as hard as nail pie in the pictures, there.
Am guessing like last year Greaves will have the new kit in the shops just in time for the playoffs.

Don't know how to post a link so you'll have to Google but check out the Glasgow shorts with speedo/budgie smuggler overprint.

Thanks - as an aside the home shirt looks great especially without a great big sponsor name pasted across it. I wonder if clubs offered a choice of with/without sponsor kits which would sell better.
My football team were sponsored by a drinks manufacturer a few seasons ago and were obliged to sell child size kits without the sponsors name and the youth team kits had to have a different "non-alcoholic" sponsor. I was told by a member of staff at the club shop that children would often be very upset at not being able to have the same shirt as the players wear, although a lot of adults wanted sponsor free shirts in thier sizes.

club shirts without sponsors kinda negates the point of sponsoring doesn't it ?

Re: New Rugby Shirts - Post your club or country shirts here.
Glasgow are currently 'between' main shirt sponsors and are negotiating terms with a new one right now.
Hence the pleasing lack of wretched corporate logo plopped into the middle of a shirt designed to be without one.

ANd you know it will be a vile looking logo or some erectile-dysfunstion tablets manufacture (or something else that you would be ashamed of) now, especially with it being a week from the season start.

But there's always that outside possiblity of it being Viagra, Poundstretcher, Immodium or Aldi...

Watching Edinburgh or Glasgow tends to have laxative properties all of its own.
