The 606v2 Fantastic Fantasy Football Homepage XXV
First topic message reminder :
Star Player bids will commence Wednesday (15th), and run to Friday (17th) at midnight, when bidding is closed. Who got who will be posted on Saturday all being well - and assuming it can't be done earlier. If you miss out initially, there will be a second round bidding process and you may make another bid on a player. All bids will be sealed and PM'd to Hero and sodhat. It should be made clear that you cannot make a big bid on a Star Player, and then not have the cash all at once. All money must be paid immediately, or you miss out. We aren't doing IOU's on it, and that applies to everyone.
To qualify for the second round you must have submitted a first round bid - you can't just wait and see what's left. If there are exceptional circumstances as to why you missed the deadline you may appeal to the runners, but these circumstances absolutely do not include "I was playing Ultimate Team for 4 days with the curtains closed."

Game over.
I know Chelsea are down to 10 men, but City look rampant.
Similar to the Man U 1-6 Man City game, City v 10 men who need to score goals = more City goals.

Re: The 606v2 Fantastic Fantasy Football Homepage XXV
So hazard makes one mistake and all of a sudden he's a flop?
I'll remember that for kagawa!
City have signed someone already this summer then, the referee for this game. Absolute disgrace.

They might as well go for the jugular and deal a potential title rival a massive psychogical blow early on.

Who said he was a flop? TSJ. Exactly He's not been too bad today, but that was funny. Will be replayed for years like the David Dunn one.
The referee was a joke first half, but hardly biased.

Don't think there is that much difference, but it's still a poor showing from the Chelsea fans. From what I can see the City fans are taking up at least 2 and a half stands

Ramires would have been off for a 2nd yellow normally, referee being very kind.
Dzeko, well, he's a poacher, not a runner

I have to do do it tonight because I get blocked at work.
I didn't see the Charity/Community Shield, but I heard about Hazard's backheel fail. Did he have a good match apart from that?
Who else were the stand out players?

I thought Hazard played ok to be fair, settled in and showed he will be a threat on the ball
Ramires was Chelsea's best player in the various positions he was played in...I'm partly 'just saying' that but I believe it too, he got the assist on the first goal and did everything else well.

Ramires also should have been sent off for a 2nd yellow card. Agree on Hazard though, that backheel aside, he looked comfortable on the ball.
City were the better side throughout, but the red card definitely changed the game. Still, Yaya Toure, De Jong, Milner, Tevez and Kolarov all had great showings.
