Re: Help - ask your questions here
We will look into this - someone was playing around with a mobile view yesterday so may have changed something.
Re: Help - ask your questions here
I had this as well on my Android (it looks very nice but is useless!)
At the bottom there should be the option to revert back to simple version. I clicked on that and went back to the old style. Still trying to work out though why it happened.

Re: Help - ask your questions here
Morning Kaiser,
I think forumotion have set up a mobile version although its not fully working. There should be an option on the bottom of the page that says' "Classic Forum".
That should bring you to the normal version!
Cheers,
KB

Re: Help - ask your questions here
@kaiser: scroll to the bottom of the page and there should be a button right at the end. It's something like 'change view', but I can't actually remember! Then it will go back to the normal view every time you enter the site

Hi Andy,
On the relevant post there is a small '!' icon that alerts the mods to a post, either that or you can PM usergroup 'Moderators'
Thanks,

Re: Help - ask your questions here
Hi MOTM, ive moved the article for you.
If you click into Top14 and click new post, it should put in the Top14 section.
I have just tested and it seems to be ok now.

Re: Help - ask your questions here
No you are not doing anything wrong but one other person reported something similiar. In their case it was because they were posting from work and their office firewall was "caching" the post - so it kept retrieving the previous copy of it instead of the updated one. If you keep refreshing it should become visible - or the "copy" will eventually time out and you'll get the updated version.
That's assuming your problem is the same... but it sounds similar

Re: Help - ask your questions here
Hmm... I just went into Memberlist and then 'sort by' Usergroups to see how many mods we had on the site. But then, looking down the list, I noticed mine and cricketfan's names. Why is that?

Re: Help - ask your questions here
Just a quick update on the "firewall/cache update" problem. For the first time today it has happened to me - not seeing the latest posts on a thread even though the threadlist shows it has been updated.
I found that forcing a refresh with CTRL-F5 (for force refresh) brings up the latest version of the page. This probably only works for IE and may not work for all firewalls/web caches - but it certainly works for me

How come whenever I log in, the current time is wrong? At the moment it's telling me i'm 1 hour behind? But when I log out, it updates to the correct time!

Cheers cheesehead - its something we are already aware of and trying to figure out.
Hopefully its not causing any other problems other than giving you the appearance of mastering time travel!

Re: Help - ask your questions here
There does seem to be something odd with the board-time today .. but you can also check your profile settings and make sure you are set to GMT but with the daylight savings time box ticked

Re: Help - ask your questions here
Not sure i should be asking this here, but anyway.
When the chatbox is in use, is there anyway you could put the
sport along the top next to log in etc, to help people see in a quick
glance why it's up.

Re: Help - ask your questions here
although its usually up for a reason, if there is an event that is on you wish to discuss, feel free to.
Its not limited to that event only if you get my drift although we do try and keep it as on topic as possible.
In other words, on a saturday afternoon, feel free to talk about rugby even though it is predominantly on for the football fans.
Others will join in and are usually very friendly.

As far as I was aware it was 1000. My next guess would be 2000 then.
