Hello and welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub, a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.

The pub has made its way to the island of Jersey, where the newly promoted hme side is off the bottom of the Championship.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no tampering with the pictures of Glen Jackson, Dan Parks and Matt Banahan above the bar.

*Front 5 need to be a bit stronger,
*no more silly pens anymore,
*play tight rugby...pick an go,
*play dirty rugby...wind up the samoan's especially the 9,
*contest more at the breakdown,
*stop looking up before tackles.

1/2p looks pretty steady as does Cuthbert, we need players to make a bit more impact and not get sucked into their game and we will win, it's not going to be pretty but it will do the job.

I don't care if that's how rugby is for them. It doesn't make it acceptable. They just look like indisciplined players to me. It's just downright blydi dangerous at times.

If they want to hit hard they need to make sure it's a fair hit.

I see what happened to Biggar now in the replay - the shoulder charge caught him on the side of his head and shoulder, so I guess he cut his eye somehow.
