Nobody up for Dolphins - Bills?
Bills take the lead with a punt return TD from Miami's first possession. Not much else so far (halfway through the 1st)... more punts and a Miami fumble...
I don't blame you for missing it.

Buffalo score a field goal to go ten nil up.
Dolphins return the kickoff for a touchdown.

A 79 yard punt return TD by the Bills then a 96 yard kick off return TD for the Dolphins. Why not scrap the offences and just keep punting the ball to each other. Maybe a better game?

Credit to Miami for trying to liven it up with these pass interference penalties. Cheers lads.

Re: Week 11 Discussion Thread
Half time. 19-7 Bills.
Miami have given away more yards in penalties (54) than they have made on offence (50), which I think makes them look bad.
As for Buffalo, when the other team is performing like that and your only TD is from special teams, it doesn't make you look much better!

Re: Week 11 Discussion Thread
Second half, Miami improved a bit going forward while Buffalo got worse. Still not much happened, a Miami TD and a great diving interception by Buffalo the only real highlights.
Looked like Miami were threatening to steal it in the 4th but another interception killed it for them.
Buffalo took it 19-14.
Overall, two not very good teams being not very good I reckon.

What has happened to Miami in recent weeks? They were looking to be in the wildcard race at one point

From what I saw yesterday, actually getting to the red zone was a bigger problem for them. First half especially. Punt, fumble, punt, punt...
It looked like Buffalo were more guilty of not converting good positions into points, with four field goals in the first half. I think for the last one, they had a 1st down on the 1 yard line and a couple of goes at it but settled for three points as time ran out.
Yesterday's game was the only one I've seen though, so I'm only able to comment on that.

Re: Week 11 Discussion Thread
Miami's running game isn't working at the moment and the plays have to come from Tannehill. The first pick he threw was more about the great catch, the second was a bad throw. Still, they have done better than expected!

It looks like it is going to be back up QB week in the NFL. There is a good chance of both Campbell and Kapaernick playing on MNF.

Maybe that's why Jacksonville took Anger in the 3rd round #pace

If Jacksonville can hold out then the Patriots vs Colts game is even bigger. A Colts win brings them in contention for the AFC South and could open up the AFC East (maybe?).Grant Holt V2 wrote:Maybe that's why Jacksonville took Anger in the 3rd round #pace

I dunno if it would really open up the AFC East, unless the Jets beat the Pats on Thanksgiving I can't see it. But if Jacksonville beat Houston, Indy could be in with a shot at the AFC South if they beat New England

How can Arizona still probably lose when the opposing QB throws 5 INT'S!!!!!!
Oh yeah they put in a rookie QB, in the Georgia Dome, when they were 13-0 up. I know Skelton werent doing well, but at least with him there the Falcons at least had to be worried a little about the pass, but with Lindley they dont

I'm not asking for Oakland to win every game, but is it too much to ask for a competent performance from them
One of the worst organisations in the league. Poorly run off the field and an absolute joke on it

Looked a TD to me, but he shouldn't have coughed it up.
Made amends on the OT drive though, some lovely running. But that throw by Freeman to Jackson for the TD was amazing. An absolute laser.

Steelers now need a three game turnaround to have a chance of winning the division.

Yep, I agree GSC - I watched the game last night and was stunned that the Redskins won by such a margin because we didn't even play that well. Our offense never really got going in the way that it has in other games this season and yet we still scored 31 points. Just what was going on in your secondary I have no idea but the Moss TD was as poor an effort from a pair of DBs as you're likely to see. At just 5'10" Moss should never ever ever be outjumping and outhussling any DBs to a jump ball. I've never seen him do it before and will never see him do it again and it just pretty much summed the Eagles effort up there in that one play. Also, I knew your O-Line was bad but didn't appreciate just how bad. To allow the Redskins' depleted pass rush to get that much pressure on your QB was really poor. We've struggled to get to the QB ever since Orakpo and Carriker went down early in the season but our pass rush looked good last night...... even though it isn't.
I feel a bit for Reid as Philly is no place to fail in sports - they're not the most forgiving - but that team should be playing better than it is. You've owned the Redskins under Reid so last night's pumping is probably the biggest sign yet that you've reached the end of the road under him.

The Saints destroyed our OL. The starting unit is p.good bar Watkins but the depth is complete crap.
Reminiscent of last years Bucs who quit on Morris and went into free fall.

There is some tough schedules in there for sure. I fancn New Orleans especially with those final three games. Tampa have a tough schedule as do the Vikings but Seattle could spring a surprise
