Re: Fantasy Aviva Season 1 - Homepage
Barrett is at Sarries.
Priestland pre dip in form.
Bigger probably the most out of that list although Jackson looks a real talent.
Ian Madigan looks very exciting, would fit in very well I reckon. Especially with him likely to be starting 10 for Leinster and possibly Ireland.

Centres for the Lions?
I've gone with; Roberts, BOD, JD2 and Manu
Think I'm the only one that is excited to how a midfield of BOD and Tuilagi woul work, after seeing what BOD brought out of Roberts in 2009!

I wouldn't be utterly shocked to see Sexton at Centre. Also Roberts looked (still one dimensional but) a bit closer to form against us

Roberts is too one dimensional, but also too obvious as well. It's easy to defend and turnovers. Like Manu, if he could develop an offloading/kicking game they'd be dangerous

Still think (not hope) that he'll be starting 12 for the Lions. I expect Gatland to pick his favourites. Scott Williams would frankly be a better option as a bolter

I think Matt Scott looks handy. Also reckon Wade or May will tour as the Bolter.

Made the mistake of reading the comments on the BBC rugby website on Guscott's questions thingy. Is that site catnip for tossers?

Not Guscott himself. Let's just say that the jingoistic vitriolic insightless ignorant claptrap there makes our Wales-England threads look like a tiddlywinks forum

Bit of an oxymoron mate. I think he deserved the hype, he's not McCaw level. But he can be very good

No I like him but the hype is received is crazy. I thought he was just ok against us but people (the welsh) were stating he was world class.

Shrewd but smart, I think Baxter and Gustard are very clever additions for the tour to Argentina.

So with Kurtley Beale indefinitely suspended from the Rebels, does this open the door Jesse Mogg for the 15 shirt against the Lions?

Here's the up to date table, only mover this week was Glos as they lept above Chiefs. Elsewhere the chase for the second home leg in the play-offs grew closer, and Wasps managed to close the gap at the bottom of the league.

Just checking your sums Fluxy;

Wouldn't even mind if it was until the end of the season, just seems a little quiet on here. And rather keep this one going seeing as I started here rather than the older version.

Beshocked didn't like it, he's very opinionated and got annoyed when others didn't see things his way.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion.
But you have to build a side that everyone will rate, part of the game lol!
Beshocked I knew was a little opinionated, but was still solid on here.
Sad to see Bathite go, he was reliable and created a good side with Bath. You two just had too much of a lovers-tiff

Its a-bit like Arry would've done great on here, but didn't fancy it. Some of the lads on the other game seem to think this one is below that one in quality - in my own opinion.

Each to their own, I wouldn't have Bathite back.
That league has been running 5 or so years, it's took a while to get steady.

I had have him back in a flash if he wanted to come back. Was a solid manager, and had some good banter. Just because you two couldn't see eye to eye all of the time doesn't mean he was bad.
Yeah true, but its only become uneven because its changed managers so often. I'm not saying I'd want that here, but many mangers is better than no managers.

No reason to sack it off, leagues suffer with managers losing now and again.

Re: Fantasy Aviva Season 1 - Homepage
We lost by 2 points in a cracking game, one we easily could and frankly should have won. Can't see us winning the AP this year (doubt on even the top 4 possibly) unless we win every remaining match, and we really needed the win here to build confidence for Munster next week. Can see us winning nothing else this season and finishing 5th possibly
