Pete - Denton is making some silly errors here, but his defence and carrying has been very good. He is a real unit, looks to be carrying the Edinburgh pack at times. I hope he is a Lion.
Try for Murray!

Come on, one is blocked and Downey dropped the other.

Re: Edinburgh v Munster
This game is kind of like;
Edinburgh are so poor they are begging to be put away by a big score. But Munster are so laboured they can't do it. It's the rugby equivalent of that video of that drunk student at Limerick Race Day trying to climb the hill but falling over.
Shambolic but strangely compelling.
With Murray getting that try, I can see Edinburgh crumbling all together but even if they get a BP you can see they've got issues.

The first was blocked in the tackle, he waited far too long and the second pass was behind Downey. That was poor.

Earls has played well which is great to see. But we have to remember how bad this Embra team is.eirebilly wrote:What about that break and pass by Earls

ROG kicked Sean Cox there thats what started it all off, he should have been sent off IMO.

Aahh sure but they were a good enough team when you were all lauding D'Arcy's performance against them last week

If O'Gara gets a ban Munster will be quids in as they can start Keatley now and give Hanrahan game time.

I really wish players would stop raising their hands trying to influence the ref, for both teams that is. Let the ref get on with it. Good 2nd half! pretty intense

The type of kick there that would have the commentator wa*king off over if it was Rog.

Me neither. Surely the last two weeks will kill his Six Nations chances... please!

To balance out the sense of bringing ROG off, presumably.

Murray was playing really well, I wouldn't have taken him off. He has transformed himself since the AI's IMO

Re: Edinburgh v Munster
Are Edinburgh honestly scoreless in a second half where (a) they're at home, (b) Munster had a player in the bin and (c) ROG was on the field at the time?
That's embarrassing.

He was excellent against Argentina as well, besides the first HEC game he has been good every game this season.

O'Mahony is a good call, but it could have been Murray or Earls too.
