Has Anyone Been To Reykjavik?

First topic message reminder :

Am thinking of going in February for 3 or 4 nights, anyone got any advice about hotels, places to visit etc? Have had a virtual drive-round on google maps and it looks like a giant suburb.

I don't get these social media crazes. # in particular winds me up. Can't people see how embarrassing it is? It is like finishing sentences with .com . What's all that about?

Maybe she's a bit confused by the language, I often get them saying "you go away or I call police" when they're trying to say "I like the way you look at me with that sexy half-smile".

A close friend of mine used the term "brekky" to describe "breakfast" the other day. I made straight for Portobello beach and spent hours just looking at the waves.

Not really. Galted and I have kind of made up. Sean has been lying about females hitting on him. Ill Gia and Jeff have both been quite obnoxious and superfly has confirmed that Scottish people drink a lot.

Still, it's a much nicer than the tennis boards. I went on there once and witnessed the true heart of man's darkness.

I once made the mistake of trying to moderate on the tennis boards the day Nadal got knocked out of Wimbledon. Suffice to say that is not a mistake I will repeat in a hurry.
