Has Anyone Been To Reykjavik?

Am thinking of going in February for 3 or 4 nights, anyone got any advice about hotels, places to visit etc? Have had a virtual drive-round on google maps and it looks like a giant suburb.

Rumour has it that the fatties are more eager to please? Any truth in this?

Not to my knowledge, might be some element of truth but more likely going to be someone trying to justify to their mates why they go out with a big one.

I was searching for females over 10 stone to see if I could find an exception to my rule (no bucking fatties) and found a ginger lass called Christina someone, she has massive chebs. If give her one.

My sister just been to Iceland and Reykjavik for along weekend with her boyfriend. I could have asked her as seeing family and gotten her views. But she's in Thailand for another holiday (don't know how she does it).

You should only really post on this thread if you have something constructive to add. What do you think Suzanna Reid's farts smell like? My guess is turnip but occasionally she can get a bit eggy if she's been drinking.

I have and, personally, think it and Iceland is/was one of the best holidays I've ever had!!

Not half as expensive as made out (since the recession) and a thousand and one things to do. Haven't read the thread through put if you're still after tips and recs I've plenty to share so let me know on here or by PM.

I have had a problem with one of the choices but it has been resolved. I wouldn't allow it and now the poster is protesting by not nominating. There is only one more round after this next music one anyway. The last round will be worth all the wait......

You two don't need to tell me about waiting. Had to wait for a bus for a while yesterday, bit of an understatement to say that I wasn't impressed. The driver didn't even apologise when I glared at him.

au contraire, weren't Iceland written off by the UK government - classed as financial terrorists? Plenty of financially crippled people for him to sneer at. Along with the hobo Polar bear of course.

He might've been referring to Iceland: the chain of frozen food supermarkets. That's probably quite a good place for sneering at people who earn less than you.

Icelanders are wonderfully pragmatic and positive people, even post recession there was more positivity there than anywhere I've been in England outside of London.
