Just thinking aloud, but if I relaxed the quota rule to just the starting lineup would that be more realistic?

Re: Super League Homepage
Right as a certain decision;
The quota rule will be relaxed to five players of the opposite hemisphere in your starting XV, from your clubs origin.
There will be some chances to accumulate some wealth and purchase players before the first round of injuries.
The first round of the league will start next weekend. Full Predos are worth an extra £4m, scores £2m.
Expecting teams to be in by midnight friday and predos in by 9am Monday.
Any other questions post them here!

I must have misread mate, as I could have sworn it was 4:4 in the starting lineup and 7:7 in the matchday 23.

Re: Super League Homepage
Ok so my best side at present as I see it is this.
15. James O'Connor
14. JP Pietersen
13. Paul Jordaan
12. Francois Steyn
11. George North
10. Patric Lambie
9. Danny Care
1. Tendai Mtawarira
2. Bismarck du Plessis
3. Jannie du Plessis
4. Pieter-Steph du Toit
5. Courtney Lawes
6. Marcel Coetzee
7. Willem Alberts
8. Sergio Parisse
Where do I need to spend my money in foreigns?
I am thinking potentially either an out and out openside or a centre.

Re: Super League Homepage
Warburton was high on my agenda, but there were other areas I needed to address first. Still not sure if I need an openside or a centre more, I guess it depends on how people rate Coetzee and Jordaan.

Taute not a winger for me. Can play there, but better at 15 or 13. I'd be looking for a winger Fluxy mate.

Re: Super League Homepage
Cheers guys.
Just to make it clear about my above statement, I intend to relax the quota for roughly four weeks and then see how things go. After four weeks we will have the first round of injuries. And by then things could be a little easier to work out. There also might be an odd cash injection along the way...

I was hoping this week. But willing to either push it back one more week, or perhaps chuck a splash of cash around for some and then continue with this week.

Re: Super League Homepage
Something I completely forgot.
Obviously I have mentioned we are doing limited tactics to keep the game simple.
So that is a short is paragraph of a couple of lines and five bullets.
But would people be adverse to some variable weather conditions? And Home and Away ties, or neutral games? I could come up with five sets of conditions and just randomise them for every game.

Yeah I was considering that too, unsure about whether I would want to go for a top class 7 and make McCaw a permanent 6 or try and find a quality 6

Crusaders. Definitely out wide, with Guildford not on top form, you are relying a lot on Dagg for attacking quality.

I'm not going to lie, I haven't seen France play this autumn and seen very little of Lauret.
Is he a 6 or 7? What are his strengths? Would he get ahead of Lydiate and play well with Louw?
