Ireland are going to lose this, they are just not as clever as the Aussies.

Shame Sexytoes missed that. Could've done with the added points. I blame the person who shouted just before he did it...
Why does BOD have to come off?

Token Connacht man on!
Oh I see BOD had a baddy on his knee. Bit of Vaseline would've sorted that.

Moore has got one heck of a pass on him for a hooker!
Another nice try. Ireland's defence is pretty poor though.

Right, I'm hoping that Ireland are just being bad to lull Oz into a false sense of security, then they'll batter them in the second half...please lads, come on you know you can do it. Just BELIEVE!

Better but the protection at the ruck has been poor, Reddan needs more support there

Re: Ireland V Australia
Sexton is having a truly dreadful game. He just isn't good enough at this level when backs are haunts the wall.
Kearney is embarrassing today. POM is having a bit of a shocker too. Feels all very Kidneyesque and sadly familiar.

Its basic errors really... getting too narrow in defence, kicking the ball poorly, not looking after our own ball.LeinsterFan4life wrote:Its going to take time for Schmidt to implement his ideas.

Hooper off and some rediculous hands from bowe. How did he hold that

Re: Ireland V Australia
Usual story from the unbalanced backrow- no one doing the nutty gritty at the breakdown.
Reddan might pass the ball quicker than Murray but it's inaccurate and has stopped momentum. Poor game from him so far. Very disappointing

They just need to believe and keep chipping away...it's coming...I'm not comfortable with Reddan trying fancy schitt like that though. Almost lost the ball again there.

Ireland really need Murray on soon, his physicality around the rucks will strengthen Ireland. I would also have Madigan on...

Australia could get a second yellow the rate they're being pinged. It's keeping us in the game.

How Ireland are only 3 points down I will never know. They need to take a leaf out of the England game plan book to win this.

That's better. Now use that gain in confidence and show them what you're made of. Wipe out that ugly first quarter.

It's looks like a new defensive system to me?? Also, McFadden for all his decent runs needs to not try and catch every kick off.
