Offence - They've matched our 2TE set with a base defence but I feel we can still run on these guys especially left side of our line behind Mathis/Solder/Mack towards Gilberry. Look to hit Gronk up the seams, there safeties aren't great and there isn't a LB in the league who can handle Gronk. I'd also look to get Fitz against DRC, DRC can't handle Fitz so look to try and get Fitz one on one.
Defence - Talib on Green, rough him up at the line of scrimmage not sure he likes the physical stuff. Peterson on Julio, don't press so hard at the LOS, use your pace and ability to read and react. Dennard take Wright. McCourty and Logan Ryan to play two deep safety, with Collins taking Eifert and Mayo Bernard out the backfield. The front four get after Ryan, get him moving off the spot as he isn't so good when he can't get set

Line up
Offense
QB -- Ben Roethlisburger
RB 25 Jamaal Charles
WR -- Josh Gordon, WR - WR 82 Dwayne Bowe - WR -- Victor Cruz
TE -- Jordan Cameron
G/T 74 Geoff Schwartz - G/T 71 Jeff Allen - C/G 61 Rodney Hudson - G 73 Jon Asamoah - T 72 Eric Fisher
Offensive tactics
A balanced offense [50-50 split] for our match up with the Colts
We will start by using quite a lot of running plays keep Jaamal Charles as involved as possible
then try to bring in the passing game
Gordon and Bowe out wide with Cruz in the slot opposite TE Cameron
Also using screens to Charles
Passing game will be more aggressive this week allowing Ben Roethlisburger a much more varied attack
He can take a risk and go long when ever he sees Gordon or Bowe 1 on 1
With some quick short balls to Cruz to use his pace and mobility with TE Cameron also involved
Looking to play at a high tempo to keep the scoreboard ticking over
Defense 3-4
Defensive linemen
94 Tyson Jackson DE - 92 Dontari Poe NT - 70 Mike DeVito DE
Linebackers
50 Justin Houston OLB - Lawrence Timmons - 56 Derrick Johnson ILB - 91 Tamba Hali OLB
Defensive backs
24 Brandon Flowers CB - 27 Sean Smith CB - 29 Eric Berry SS - 23 Kendrick Lewis FS
Defensive tactics
Chiefs welcome Derrick Johnson back from injury which makes a huge difference to our ability to play aggressive defence
The Colts mainly are a passing team so our aim is to disrupt A.Luck's pocket time
They are using a 2 TE set up primarily to help blocking for both run and pass protection we believe
The front three will attempt to create pressure while both OLB's will pursue Luck from the edges
ILB's Johnson and Timmons will cover the TE's in any passing situations whilst also attempting to stop any Donald Brown runs that break the line of scrimmage
In the secondary we will double team both WR's

Special Teams
K - Mason Crosby
P - Tim Masthay
PR/KR - Randall Cobb
S - Brett Goode
Look to mix up our attacks with Rodgers and Peterson both great options (60-40 split)
Use Peterson throughout as a power runner to keep them honest and if the defence ever drops too deep then look to run. Use his acceleration to pierce holes
Key to our passing offence will be our ability of our blockers to get hold of Campbell and Hicks whose main weakness is getting around/disengaging. Green will help with this
Cobb in slot
Finley play some plays out wide with Tron
Early doors in passing game see what is available, Rodgers uses mixture of read option and quick screens and passes
With four players able to make big plays mix up the routes and targets
Saints do not have much of a running game so focus on the pass rush
Look to get at Brees. Matthews especially will come from deep to attack Brees.
Kiko Alonso and A.J Hawk will drop back into coverage to help out on most plays
We will play Graham aggressive
Alonso and Shields on Graham
Williams on VJax
Attempt any field goal closer than 45 yards
- Saints:

ILB - Curtis Lofton, David Hawthorne
S - Roman Harper, Kenny Vaccaro
CB - Darrelle Revis, Keenan Lewis
K - Shayne Graham
P - Thomas Morstead
PR/KR - Darren Sproles.
Offence
Use our OL to run the ball against the Packers front 7, challenge them by using all 3 running backs. Bring in Watson and Collins in place of Stills/Colston in some packages, split Graham/VJax out wide, if they leave them one on one then target all day, if not then run the ball down their throat behind Williams, Grubbs and Evans.
Use the screen game if they overpursue the run, then look to go deep, target Williams especially against VJax and Stills. Ward and Burnett are run stoppers, but see how they do in coverage against Graham and Colston, using their size advantage.
Run at Matthews to slow down his speed rush, not worried about any of their other pass rushers so trust our OL to do well there.
Defence
Other than Hawthorne, rest of front 7 to play the run and shut down AP. Their OL is weak outside of Smith and Sitton, and we will line up Campbell/Wake in positions to take best advantage of the right side of the line, primarily looking to get Wake going at Bulaga one on one. We will look to play a 4-3 at times, allowing Gallette to drop back into coverage on the TEs, confuse their offence.
Really want to get pressure on, if they are lining up with 2 TEs who can't block and 2 outside receivers, test their OL repeatedly and hit Rodgers at every opportunity
Revis is probably one of the 2 men who can take Calvin 1 on 1 and shut him down, Lewis on Cobb. Harper starts as we look to shut down the run game early, but we plan to get ahead then sub in Rafael Bush as our best pure coverage safety when they need to throw. Vaccaro is our moveable chess piece, we will use him in coverage, at safety and corner, as a LB and use him on the blitz behind Wake to throw their coverage.
49ers @ Seahawks
- Seahawks:
- Shoot out, get a lead then eat up the clock. Win turnover battle.
Offence

RB - Marshawn Lynch / Matt Forte
Flex - RB Michael Robinson, TE Zach Millar, WR Doug Baldwin
TE - Jason Witten
LT - Russell Okung
LG - James Carpenter
C - Max Unger
RG - JR Sweeney
RT - Breno Giacomini
OFFENSE - Not going to try to dominate the scrimmage battle, so plan is to go quick tempo, aerial attack against the weak(er) secondary. Lots of variety in offensive set up. 3 x WR/2 x TE empty backfield. Use Forte early on, and bring in Lynch tsecond half. TE's helping slow the pass rush, then get clear to keep chains moving. Target Dez early and often. Give Wilson free reigh to escape pocket and make time to find receivers.
Defence

RDE - Chris Clemons/Cliff Avril
LOLB - Bruce Irvin
MLB - Bobby Wagner/KJ Wright
ROLB - Malcolm Smith
CB - Brandon Browner
CB - Byron Maxwell

DEFENSE - Contain Kaep in pocket, hit Gore early, make them beat us in the air. With solid ball-hawking secondary, rapid 12th man and relentless QB pressure, going to be a long day for Kaep.

OG - Todd Herremans, Alan Barbre

LB - Mychal Kendricks, Lavonte David
CB - Brent Grimes, Cary Williams
S - Harrison Smith, Nate Allen
(Brandon Boykin in slot for 3 receiver sets, Chris Jones out)
K - Alex Henery
P - Donnie Jones
PR/KR - DeSean Jackson
Offence
We are going to come out with 4 receivers and move McCoy out as a 5th receiver often. The Panthers have a stout front 7 but their secondary is susceptible (outside of Haden that is). I plan is to call plenty of quick short passes to try and negate their pass-rush. It should also have the added bonus of reducing the chance of turnovers. A few end-arounds will also be used to keep things interesting. Keep the ball away from Haden, but air it out to the rest. Get the ball into the playmakers hands and get the other receivers to block in front. McCoy will be used more down the stretch with draws up the middle.
Defence
The 5 d-linemen should be able to contain Newton. Without Peterson they threat of the run isn't as high, but Lacy will be tricky to deal with. David will key in on Lacy for the game. Kendricks will be on Olsen. Grimes on Nelson and Williams on Allen outside. Boykin in for Jones when Patterson on field and covers him. They can be tricky to deal with, especially after the catch, so the plan is to be physical on the line of scrimmage. Allen and Smith in deep zone when against 3 receivers, to help cover the corners playing press coverage. When Tolbert is in Smith will come into the box, whilst being wary of the play-action.
Special Teams
Jackson has free-reign. Go for a fake punt/field goal if possible.

Offence
We are going to go 50-50 in this game. With Allen, Nelson and Patterson we have plenty of options in the pasing game to spread the play. Greg Olsen will give us another option beyond the linebackers. We will look to use Eddie Lacy, with Mike Tolbert powering through in front, primarily on first downs and short downs. We will continue to play screen plays particularly with Patterson to get the ball out wide and allow Patterson to run at defenses.
Defence
We will try to keep Foles in the pocket and put pressure on him with our pass rush. Also get plenty of bodies to block McCoy and the Eagles running game. We will have Johnson and Hardy to close of the edges and keep Foles and their running game in the pocket. We will have Lotulelei and Kuchley rushing from the centre to put pressure on the QB and close in on the runnign game. We have Haden back this week so can put him on Desean Jackson.
