As long as the wing backs are hard working it could work.

My plan was to play wingers rather than wing backs and not as hard working as wing backs. Probably get voted against if I go for that

I know they have some relatively unpleasant fans. Like an Italian Millwall, playing in yellow.

Buffon and Di Natale bought in, happy with basing the team around two solid players. I wish we could have bought in more players 2 seem less.

Except doing transfers how else do we raise cash?

That could be counter-productive. If your body doesn't get enough calories it goes into 'starvation mode', where your body stores fat and makes it nigh-impossible to shift. You could end up losing 2,000 calories through exercise but essentially only lose 50cal of fat.

Better to go at a steady pace than burn out.

Greece, Italy and Russia in the sweepstake. Not bad but could have been better. Could get to the semi finals with Italy. But unlikely imo.

With England, I think a 4-4-2 suits them perfectly. No matter if it doesn't fit into the modern game anymore, it does for England as it can be easily adapted. They can have the same back 4 as usual, but have Sterling and Welbeck just dropping into a slightly deeper position of wide midfield with Rooney and Sturridge up top. Welbeck can help back well so he is just like a wide man but Sterling can use his pace to push on further with Baines into an attacking position and almost make a 4-3-3 for them. Then you can have Rooney dropping into the hole to collect the ball with Sturridge linking up with him closely like he does with Suarez. I think England could be successful with 4-4-2.

Are Foreign's open today? How many transfers are we allowed per day?

This is my big problem with Rooney for England. People see the best performance by England against a big nation since about 2004 and because Rooney was out of position we have to revert back to suit him.

Rooney is a player that can have an impact in the game because he has been so good for so long. It would be difficult for any England manager to just leave him out of the team completely. I wouldn't. Also, it isn't just to suit him, it does suit the whole England team does 4-4-2 imo.

Can you exchange players in Foreign transfers?

Actually thought Pepe was a bit hard done by getting sent off. Then again, he is a massive, massive pr1ck.

It's only been 12 years Azzy. Marc Wilmots with his mad overhead kick against the Japanese is the only memory I have of them from 2002 though.

Can I just clarify a couple of things?

Tactics due in next Monday, so we will have another set of lawyers before tactics deadline?

Is it based on a squad cut off from the end of Sunday?

The reason I ask is I need to work out if I can play my two lawyer players this week and then sell them before the new lawyers go up next week

My best friend is Belgian, and when I went through my anti-England phase (1997-2011), we both supported Belgium. We've been through good and bad times, but we still have the shirts and flags all ready for tonight.

This also helped when Carl Hoefkens signed for Albion, having the flag and face paints was kind of obvious...

Wilmots was a fantastic player back in the day. Scored in all three group games before we woz robbed by Brazil.

Lawyers are drawn Tuesday normally, I just started the league on Monday this week for the hell of it.

Was going for squad cut off Friday midnight.

I thought you were a bit Belgian though?

When you said you "had a little Belgian in me" I assumed you meant genetically. Now the 'friend' story has come out I think I understand what you meant to say.
