We Go Again! The 2014/15 Premier League Thread
Silva has just won me a tidy £640, next goalscorer and City to score at least five, woohoo.

Think the only surprise you have given City is a penalty after 30 seconds mate.

He gets a lot of undeserved grief over what he says when he is usually spot on.

Eh, the media eats up his cowpat as if hes some visionary and all time great coach, when his record of actually winning things, really doesn't stack up to the best coaches around Europe. Especially post Ajax and 1995

We should crawl over the line this season, in a way, glad a result like this has happened, clearly shows how inept & out of his depth Carver is & needs replacing this summer.

Only the four league titles and various cups wins in three different countries but you're right he's bang average.GSC wrote:Eh, the media eats up his cowpat as if hes some visionary and all time great coach, when his record of actually winning things, really doesn't stack up to the best coaches around Europe. Tbh it's how he always is, you probably just never saw enough of him to realise. There's a reason he didn't stick at Bayern. Good coach, but incredibly stubborn and sure of himself, and doesn't mix well with people that don't completely buy in.NickisBHAFC wrote:Tbh LVG has come across a bit of an idiot this season.

Can't really blame the ref for not sending him off, as he was behind Matic.

Edin Dezko is class. Why city wasted 30 million to simply give Bony a place on the bench I'll never know.

Yes, Nemanja Matic was on that subway racially abusing people so he deserves his leg breaking. Ace stuff.

Maybe the competition has spurred the lad on... Maybe it's the best 30m they ever spent. And if bony comes out flying. Rotating those 3 strikers( not doing a Man U and pigeonholing players out of position) they will be very strong on all fronts.

How stupid of me hoping that a player who wasn't even at the club when the Terry incident occurred doesn't get his leg broken. What a horrible human I am.

I don't think you can blame Matic to some extent. It wasnt an ultra violent reaction and the tackle was so dangerous

Really? Really? I hate that club, but players should be dealing with leg breakers cos some twonks in Paris? You telling me Brighton is a pure fanbase of harmony? Should every other soul in the stadium have to suffer because you hope players legs get broken? Cos thats a shameful thing to want

Yes, I thought you meant that.
I were merely curious as I heard that two Brighton fans were arrested today for racist chanting so, presumably, you want the whole of the club you support to suffer as well, yes?

2 arrests today I understand for seperate matters
1. Birmingham fan who threw a flair on the pitch.
2. Someone who was sitting in the home end yes, but understood not be a supporter. Mearly a bloke watching a game of football. Who decided to be racist. What a country we live in.

Are you not just adjusting the parameters and boundaries of your logic?
Few blokes wearing Chelsea shirts (possibly?) in Paris, possibly went to the game, sing some racist songs = Chelsea should suffer
A man in the Brighton end, watching the game, sings something racist = Not a supporter, nothing to do with Brighton
Shouldn't the same logic be applied?
