Introduce yourself!
A warm welcome to the rugby members of this board.
However, you found us, it doesnt matter!
If you are an old 606er, then let us know who you were. If you have found us by some other means - tell us a bit about yourself.
So get mingling people!

Re: Introduce yourself!
Kiwireddevil here, 5 years over on old 606, and a few months here in the new place helping "break it in". Welcome aboard folks.
Rugbywise, I cheer for NZ, the Crusaders, Canterbury. Tasman and the mighty* Marlborough Red Devils. And Renwick RFC in Marlborough amateur club rugby. I also keep a close eye on the cricket scores, and these days can be found playing plenty of obscure social sports in London Towne.
*Well, once upon a time they were sort of vaguely next-door to someone mighty

Good morning all. I'm MMC (some of you will know me as MunsterMadCorkman) from the old 606. Hopefully we can carry on the community here and have some great banter, maybe even without the WUMs!
Well done with the site to all of those involved. I'm looking forward to carrying on chatting with all of the friends I've made on 606 and with all the new comers too.

MMC welcome, good to see you. Hope to see your stat round ups of the ML continuing on here next season. One of the highlights of 606 in my humble opinion.

Re: Introduce yourself!
Been here for a while but I thought I should post a formal introduction.
I have been a member of 606 for about 2 years and when it finally sunk I made the transition to V2 mainly.
Edinburgh is the team I follow in the Magners League, Glaws in the premiership and Scotland (for all my sins) at International level, I also have a soft spot for Wales due to Welsh grandparents.
Also a big NHL fan. Go CAPS!
and cari, as for food, Macaroni Cheese all the way!

Suppose might as well do a formal intro too.
Red_Stag. Been posting over 2 years. What do you need to know thats relevant? Not really a rugby sevens fan. Although I support Munster & Ireland I would consider myself to be a rugby fan first and a fan of my teams second.

PenfroPete here. Was on the old original Scrum V messageboard, then on 606v1 as PenfroPeteMk2.
Chairman of a WRU Division 6 club and a Blues Region referee (don’t worry I’d never be able to ref a game that affect my club)
If you want to know what’s on the pubs big screen then I guess I’m your first call (via my TV Guide articles )
As for food ? I can’t say I have a out and out favourite, changes with the seasons and my mood. However, as those of you who already know me can confirm, = http://www.tomatoesareevil.com/

Biltongbek here, been on 606 for about 2 years, not much to tell.
I love rugby and everything about it, I am passionate about the Springboks, and have an affinity for SH rugby.
Enjoy the odd cricket conversation and that is about that.
Most important for me is humor and the ability to use the space between your ears for constructive conversation and debate, don't mnd the WUMS, but pay little attention to them.

Well that's it then. 606 is no more. Died about 30 minutes ago.
Looks like this place seems to have alot of the old 606ers so I think I'll pitch my tent here and see how it goes.

So here we are! It's a new dawn it's a new day and I'm feeling!!
It's like moving into a new house, new village, new town!! Anyways I've been on the old 606 for years, sometimes loved, sometimes revered sometimes, well let's not go there - I dropped a goal in injury time against Leicester in the early 80's to win the game for Neath at the Gnoll. None of you will know me though. oh! and I've changed my name from the 606 site to see how long it takes for you clever rugby followers to find out who the inimitable RubyGuby really is!!!!!!!!! Let the rugby roll and please don't take these posts too seriously.

RiskySports here
Was a long time 606 er, although posted less that some of the others, liked to throw my opinion in now and again.
Support Glasgow (when I can see them), Gloucester (due to number of Scots) and of course Scotland
Very used to disapointment, so hopfully makes me a level headed poster (although love a little freindly dig at my NZ friends - eh KiwiRedDevil)

Formal introductions eh?
well rugbydreamer here, was on 606 for about 2 years but didn't post too much outside of the pub thread there. I'm a big Scarlets and Wales fan but I also like watching a lot of other sports too. I'm one of the rugby mods on here too so if you've got any issues just drop me a line and I'll see what I can do to help

Afternoon all, Offload here. Liking this site a lot - looks to have lots of potential. Hung around 606 for a long time and watched it go down hill - can't say I'll miss some of low life that surfaced!
Support the Dragons, Wales, Lions, Bath and the real Ponty - that's Pontypool of course. Played to a good standard until I was 35 and my body gave up.
I know far less than I think I do and don't mind it being pointed out - politely of course

Dia duit!
I did have an account on 606 but didnt really post much as got a little bored with the WUMMING frenzy that started to happen more often than not!
Although I did visit on a daily basis to read some of the more intelligent and witty posters views! You all know the ones
So now im goin for a new name and a fresh start.
Masive Cork GAA fan, but due to the lack of coverage over here I have to say my next luv is Munster (Well done Leinster on the HC front!) and I do try to get to as much games as possible. 12 last season.
Other than that, its golf then O' Neills in Cardiff! Oh ya! And toast!! You can never get enough of toast!!! Although apparantely it doesnt clasify for a main course in a romantic meal for 2!
To this day I wonder why she dumped me!

Shwmae. Glas a Du is my name for the intellectually challenged. It means blue and black and is a reference to my hometown club, Ammanford. I was on 606 on and off for two years, although I did change my name every now and again. By the way RubyGuby is rugbyshrink. Welcome to the lover of strong single males. My favourite food is chocolate, chips, curries and chinese, all things with beer my doctor has told me I can't have at the moment.

You should fit right in don't worry. You won't get baited for being English and the place is largely WUM free. There is banter and sometimes it boils over, but I don't think there is anybody on here that just goes out to be a pain in the harries.

Dollopskiver here on my first day at my new school. I'm relieved to see some familiar faces here already so I'm begining to feel at ease.
I don't post much, hardly ever in fact. I suspect there are a lot like me who don't feel qualified enough to comment but are happy to sit back and enjoy the words and wisdom of others.
Does anybody know if sausage1966 is here.
On a different note, I was at the game on Saturday, the last 10 minutes was torture for us Tigers no doubt it was the same for the Sarries. Anyway, the best team on the day won, well done Saracens.
