To be honest Shah, eating indian food in Bradford is pretty de rigeur, though a flatulent melody played anally, may hurry the process along may do the job nicely!
You sorted your place, hols etc, out yet mate?
Don't talk back, to Shah

You should take up smoking.
I'd just end up with a wet cigarette. That wouldn't help much.

Morning all. I'm touched by you heartfelt efforts Shah (and sean) - although I don't particularly want to be touched by either of them, especially sean for obvious reasons.

Watched a reasonable film last night on Amazon Prime. Called '71 - about an SAS soldier who gets seperated from his unit in Belfast during the troubles. Gritty.

They all looked like Galted (moustaches, sideburns, side parting) so I imagine early 1970's.

Just the usual delays and appalling customer service. There never seems to be any staff around when the weather is rather inclement. Loads around in the summer.

runaway train, never goin' back
wrong way on a one-way track
seems like i should be getting somewhere
somehow i'm neither here nor there
can you help me remember how to smile?
make it somehow all seem worthwhile
how on earth did i get so jaded?
life's mysteries seem so faded
i can go where noone else can go
i know what no one else knows
here i am just drownin' in the rain
with a ticket for a runaway train

Morning drippy tw*ts
Went to Damnation Festival in Leeds at the beginning of November. Went for breakfast and a pint of Guiness in Wetherspoons to gird my loins beforehand. During my stay the weather turned dreadful and the wind and rain forced the staff to close the doors to the smoking area such was the torrential downpour.
However, one hardy soul decided to remain outside and finish his cigarette much to the amusement of the patrons inside. If memory serves, the most popular comment was "Look at that silly c*nt!" (and that was just the bar staff)

Morning Alistair.
Canteen at work reopened. The soup of the day is Celeriac and Chive. I like roasted celeriac but not sure about soup. Thoughts?

Just nipped on to the offtopic section to join in with the maths question on the board, and, unbelievably it was filled with uninformed nonsense, so I declined to join can cam back here to give my dinner rating.

Almost bad enough to make me pine for the afternoons I lost trying to explain to Caledonian Craig why the SNP is essentially a cult.

This is an area where you are definitely more qualified than I to discuss Jeff, so I will leave you to it, I can add to some of the uniformed drivel, but I can not sound as factually certain in my drivel as most on there to make an impact unfortunately.

Quiz.
Name the 3 slowest scoring English batsmen since 1980 (in terms of strike rate - minimum of 20 innings) with the lowest strike rate being no.1
