Yeah - shame Tino passed away and his vast knowledge of insects passed with him.

I've noticed the taekwondo uniforms have a large fist emblem... each knuckle a different colour representing a different continent

Morning, Jules, pleasant day here, and just handed in my notice, so exciting times!
For some reason my work has blocked your last 2 images so I cannot view them.
How are you?

I envy your notice period rick. My job is pretty boring these days, but at my age a change of career is unlikely.

Yeah a month is a surprise to me though, as I work on a lot of commercially sensitive stuff it makes sense to get me out quick.
Keeps life interesting I suppose, are you in a "Golden Handcuffs" state?

No, I've just been doing the same thing for too long, but if I went somewhere else it would be doing the same thing for someone else. It would be nice to do something different, maybe get a Masters degree, but financially it's not doable.

That is why I tend to move every couple of years. Generally a different place, is a different challenge, but I can see your point, most places have the same idiots and politics...

A bit like the guy who walked out onto the airstrip at Dublin Airport as his plane was taking off... trying to 'hail it down'. He has "rights" you know.
What a buzzing idiot.

I once was on a train that had broken down, and sat near a guy who was shouting at the conductor that he should not have to sit through this as he pays council tax...

Not bad. Busy and not busy so boredom arises. What about you, still in the honeymoon stage or have you found hair in your soup and your underwear missing

Was once on a bus from Dublin airport into the city centre and at one point the driver helpfully said:
"if you wanted to go to [name of place in Dublin] you've just missed your stop and should have got off".
Cue a handful of very confused Americans.

Once finished early from uni and decided to take the scenic route from herts to luton about 1 hours journey. Apparently there had been a sign saying the next junction was closed but the wind had knocked it down. I got onto the A roads and matched my speed to those of the cars driving in the next lane. I was still looking for the exit I needed when I saw the sign saying welcome to ipswich. Who knew that travelling at 120 mph would get you to a town 90 miles away in 45 minutes.

Re: Music Section Morning Tea Society
Back in the old 'hood next weekend for my mate's 40th birthday pub crawl with a lot of guys I used to play football with.
Suspect we'll end up in St Andrews for a bit as he seems to like it there for reasons I can't fathom. It will be the end of Freshers Week in St Andrew so I will no doubt be depressingly old in comparison.

I remember playing for "The Globe" Sunday league team at the Riverside...
With wind so strong you could score a rocket from a goal kick.
Just moving to another company in Bradford, Shah.

Here's something that'll cheer you guys up
I downloaded an ebook a few years back that I never got to read until . It was a scanned ebook not a genuine copy so there are some glaring mistakes. This book which is particularly onomatopoeic in nature turns those mistakes into hilarity. A sample below where click has been scanned as dick.
Dick dick wuff wuff
'I heard a dick outside ma' 'your father must be home early'
And the best one yet
'You can never get enough' she said' dicking her tongue and smacking her lips in an exaggerated manner.
This is a pretty poor book to be fair and any mistakes add greatly to it's readability

What a clickhead.
If you enjoy sh*t books that are accidentally funny I suggest you try Irene Iddesleigh, you can download it for free. It’s f*cking gold.

I played for Mickey Coyles, Rick.
Half our team were complete cokeheads and used to turn up for games having not slept the night before. They'd be fine in the first half and then all crash from about 60 minutes onwards.
Our best player played centre midfield and was so addicted to nicotine that he had to smoke heavily right up until the start of the match then smoke two more at half time.

Ah good times, the amount of people I used to see having a tactical sick mid game, along with the warm up smoke...
Morning.

Today I have mainly been watching Bonnie Tyler's goalkeeping DVD.
It is totally clips of Joe Hart.

I asked Galtova for one of those celebrity-voiced satnavs for Christmas and she got me the Bonnie Tyler one.
It’s sh*t though, keeps telling me to turn around. And every now and then it falls apart.
