Anything under £500 isn't classed as a donation by the Electoral Commission. Anything over £500 would need to be returned within 30 days if it does arrive from abroad. I guess the Electoral Commission, having done two thorough investigations, are satisfied with how the Brexit Party are conducting it.

May well fit the letter of the law but it does stink, right down to the 'advisors' who have helped organize the funding. It would be interesting to see if there are any donations large enough to be registered, and if not why not.
