First topic message reminder :

Forgotten how to attack maybe, the match would be over by now if it was not for the fantastic scrambling. France will be kicking themselves that they have not put it to bed

9pts lead is far from being enough and think Wales will take over during the 2H as France will inevitably play at a lower tempo. at least this 1H woke me up.

I’ve said it a million times but I wish we would not always opt to keep the ball in field and attempt to move the defensive line up, every time. Kick it deep and off the park, at least occasionally, and try to pressure their line out. Letting them run back at us in broken field is just asking for trouble. We’ve done that now against 3 good broken field running teams - Fiji, Oz and now France. And we’re unsurprisingly leaking tries.

Gotta think Wales will turn it around. A 9 point lead is unacceptable given the ball France had.

I believe that as well Heaf. France blew it and should have been 15 plus ahead or even 20 and Wales will make them pay.

Peyper is not picking up the offsides and the slow/lazy retreating players getting in the way!

Jake Ball making good yards for Wales today. Not many others are though!

Big Seb has been a little hot headed all game. He’s been a big player for France in this tournament so we’ve got a bit of luck there.

Wales just need to remain composed now. Plenty of time to overturn this deficit, no need to rush or go for the magic plays. Stay cool and they win.

Gotta be the easiest red card decision of the tournament, but one that could easily have been missed in play.
France have absolutely blown it, should've had a try from there.

I think we’ve been found out by France. They’re ready to counter everything we throw at them. Maybe we were found out a while ago but only France have countered it.

100% what a moron. As an easy decision as the one 8 years ago, red all day long. He even knew it was coming not a word of defence to the ref. Wales were lucky to only be 9 points down what was he thinking?
I suspected Wales would come back around the 60 mins mark but this should make it easy for them.

Yep France could have been 25 points up at that point if they'd been more composed in the 1st half and he'd not done that and France had scored from that position but now they'll be going home ... stupid beyond belief

We need a bit more urgency here. They’re not just going to give us the points. 20 mins left and don’t look at all like troubling them on the scoreboard.

Hard to see Wales as serious contenders off the back of this display even if the win looks inevitable.
