Wales aren’t winning this. Look way too frantic. North was so stupid.

Wales making heavy weather of this. Man advantage and you'd think they'd have made it count by now...but too impatient.
Still plenty of time but they wouldn't want to let France score again...
Game of mistakes all round.

Just let France through. I’d be embarrassed about this shower of sh*t going though to a semi.

Are France going to scrum without an 8 again - cost them a great attacking position down the other end that could have been the match ...

Indeed Heaf but tbf he was right about NZ. They looked every bit as good as the teams from the past two world cups. Ireland and Wales haven't really fronted up at their best, England are the only NH team who look the part but honestly Ibcant see them beating the All Blacks unless they can do something about the glaring wekanesses. It's been flatvtrack for them so far thanks to Australias awful decision making.
Oh theres the inevitable Welsh try to save their blushes.

When you have players elbowing people in the face, you’re going to start getting the 50/50s going against you.

Looked very forward, but I guess the benefit of the doubt went to Wales based on the on-field call.
All France’s fault for spurning two drop-goal chances. Appalling game management.
Wales will need a huge improvement to defeat the Saffers, presuming they hold on and Japan don’t shock the world.

Not really. How many points of missed kicks in the first half? Dodgy 7 pointer against them. Not just the idiot red card they can point to as costing them.

Looked very forward? Very?! I know I’m biased but it didn’t seem to move forward or backward relative to the 5m line from the overhead shot???

Well done Wales, but you got away with one there
France lost that, you did not win it
Still Semi final it is, but they are going to have to start playing better than that to go through

Started before and was caught after. It's the spin on the ball as it's ripped. Terrible decision.

Hardly the pinnacle of Welsh Rugby but they won't care : in the semi with a chance ...
But they will need to improve a heck of a lot.

What a painful game. Can’t believe Biggar is celebrating. We don’t deserve to go anywhere but home based on that performance. France were pretty good; they were full of life and sussed us out pretty well. I like the character les bleus showed too. No patting yourself on the back now Wales, it’s back to the drawing board.

Oh dear, Wales desperately fortunate to win that one. I suppose you need some luck at times. France threw it away again. They had quite a few chances to win that one.

Erm. Regarding the rip forwards. For me it's pretty marginal. What you cant ignore however is that all the officials discussing it didn't realise that it can be ripped forward as it doesnt count. 11.5b.
Ignore that. Law worded slightly unclear and means ripping towards your own try line ie forward in your opponents view.

It was marginal, so ref was fair to go with his on field call

Wales can count them selves very lucky. France down to 14 and Wales made hard work of it.
Should never of been a try, ball deffo went forward, but the ref decided other wise.
But a 1 point win, is a win none the less.
Congratulations Wales semi final here you come.
