Don't mean to argue with the king but Tino's is Pixies.

It does, just after the 'not'. Which is funny because often when I'm supposed to be wfh I'm not really wfh.

There's a really weird bit of psychology in there given I read it and thought Tracy Chapman but was listening to Bruce Springsteen at the time and have typed the Boss...
Tino's used to Libertines but changed to Pixies more recently I believe!

Bought a Galaxy orange chocolate bar from The Tesco yesterday. It's very nice. Whoever invented orange chocolate has done mankind a great service. Probably Hugh Jackman's grandfather - it's the sort of family they are.

I hate that song with an unmatched passion. Once had to drive home from the centre of Sydney at about 3am after a birthday party for my girlfriend's friend's boyfriend. I didn't know him or anyone, I was sober, it was indoor crazy golf.
Then on the drive home, my girlfriend puts on Fast Car, falls asleep and Spotify just plays every version of Fast Car it has, one after the other. Couldn't reach the phone, radio didn't work, so I decided it was the only way I'd stay awake. I've been told by so many different singers about my fast car so many times as I stuck rigidly to the speed limit in a Subaru Forester (a car that it appears every Australian has to have owned at least once).

Tumbling tird.
Had a few days off staying in a high rise apartment late last week. Bang in the heart of the city. Bit of a buzz.
I must say people look so small and insignificant from great heights.

We're on the fourth floor and I'm that bad with heights I can barely lean over the balcony or peer down the stairwell without my legs turning to rubber.
Did you manage to refrain from spitting over the side?

Went out to the balcony a few times and peered down the cliff face. I was trying to psych myself up and overcome my vertigo. What really freaked me out though was just looking at the rooftop of a nearby tower and thinking about whether I would have the guts to go on a flying fox (strapped in a seat) if one was set up between the balcony where I was and the other roof. Like in The Towering Inferno. Probably not.
Thought of spitting or throwing something over... but refrained from doing so.

It's one the funniest things about the Lions that many of the fans who spout stuff about 'Lions spirit' and the coming together of the home nations feel the need to venomously argue that most British and Irish rugby players they don't watch very often are sh*t and the players they happen to watch more often coincidentally aren't sh*t.
I don't think anyone shows less 'Lions spirit' than many Lions fans trying to deal with one of their players missing out on initial touring party.

All that and the arguments for the test team are only just starting. So much fuss about one particular player who I won't mention except his picture was on the wall at Oystermouth Primary School in the Mumbles. He's either a saint or a very lucky boy depending on your nationality - and I can see that today's WUM's, although not right, were in part a reaction to the religious fervour.

DZ - yes AWJ. A man of incredible longevity in rugby terms and a fine player, whose obvious importance to Wales does not automatically transfer to god like status for the rest of the UK regardless of what the Welsh fans think.
I don't think he's a problem, but he's not the messiah either.

It all gets so unpleasant, and I don't envy the moderator's job at all. I am actually convinced that although the sense of humor varies across all nations of GB (and areas too) the Welsh sense of humor is the least compatible with the others. It just seems to be so easy for lines said in jest by either side to instead be treated as a mortal insult leading to an escalating set of exchanges.

I think it's the fact the Welsh have some much pride in their rugby, similar to the Kiwis, that it annoys fans of other countries.
It's like when a pundit says "Liverpool fans know their football" or some nonsense. They probably do, because they're football fans, but so does everyone else. Narratives annoy people.

I heard someone get called a "f***ing cabbage" today. Cabbage is a wonderful insult that I hadn't heard in so long. It's somehow just jokey enough to not cause real insult whilst still being just insulting enough to make an impact on the recipient.

Filthy super blood moon fifth.
See if I can get a picture of it. It will reveal itself at 19:44 (apparently) so only one hour 4 minutes to go. Currently it looks normal... only a slight orange tint at the top of it.
Ah.. just checked. It starts at 19:44
Partial eclipse begins: 7:44pm
Total eclipse begins: 9:11pm
Maximum eclipse: 9:18pm
Total eclipse ends: 9:25pm
Partial eclipse ends: 10:52pm

I'm not Max Mosley (or Oswald).
Just been off a couple of days for some rest. The world of dress making is becoming a little too busy for my liking. On reflection, I preferred being broke and less busy.
