First topic message reminder :

Welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat. The pub has ventured to Cross Keys, as their team is in the British and Irish Cup Final.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the pictures of Richie McCaw, George Smith, Robert Nash,Billy Holland, John Muller, Greg Laidlaw, Aurelien Rougerie, Leo Cullen, Rhys Thomas and Iestyn Thomas.

16-12 at halftime. Munster A look the more likely to win as well. They start the second half with a man less for around four minutes or so. Crosskeys need to get hold of the ball and put some phases together.

Munster 16-12 Keys at ht. Munster 9 the stand out player. Keys loose head looks like he kniws what to do with a foaming tankard.

Aw! So disappointing for Keys to win the turnover, do the hard part, and then gift the try to O'Dea. Gutting for the Welsh side.

Luke O'Dea has just stripped the ball off Jevon Groves and scored. Poor by Groves really.

23-12. Keys are probably done now.

The Keys hooker Gerwyn Price seems a ready made replacement for Lloyd Burns at the Dragons. Leon Andrews also always impresses me, especially with his defence.

A couple scooped 15 grand on their final answer. Highest ever total on the show. They did it naming Marlon Brando movies as well.

Wow. Good win that. I like Pointless, but haven't watched it for a while.

Keys have lost the plot big time now. 2 in the bin. Losing 31-12.

Oh loved how the referee called a crooked feed by Munster A after about 72 mins of feeding from both sides.

Why didn't the Keys 22 pin his ears back then? Had a shot at the corner there.

Well done Munster A. FT now.

Time to ditch Provinces A from the B&I. Make it a club competition. Disqualify players who have played more than 3 or 5 Regional games. bah

Well done Munster A Very Happy

The Cross Keys players will have benefited a lot more from that game than they would have playing a weaker side and winning.

Why don't you want them involved Glas?

Munster A have won before.

You could say Glas can the English sides too like Cornish Pirates, as they're pro. I think it's good for teams like Crosskeys to play these guys. Certain players now look like they could make the step up now (like the Keys hooker)

Brain teaser;

Why do people say the Pro 12 is a devalued competition when teams rest (or are forced to rest) players but nobody says the Amlin or Heineken Cup are devalued when French teams put out weakened sides on the road? Headscratch

Stag,

Any decision about tomorrow?

Even if you can't make it Munster will be represented. P3 wants to bring the flag she had with her at Thomond to Lansdowne tomorrow because the "flag pole" is a stick she picked up from Kia's garden in deepest Munster!

Jonny is a ferocious tackler and one of the players that cemented my interest in rugby. And what a gentleman. I told MrsP about meeting him as a starstruck teenager aged about 14 - so polite and genuinely likes talking to the fans.

There are some top blokes in rugby and he is one.

I don't dislike anyone. I can understand Stags feelings I think. Big names bought in, but at the end of the day you have to look at the quality of the players and thats what I look at. Yes there is a mercenary aspect but strip that aside they are 15 talented guys just trying to win a Rugby game.
