that sounded a little gay pooly!
wouldnt go that far matt. JVN, Bastereaud, Giteaum Smith, Hayman, pallison are all playing.
Think Lobbe is injured, not sure about Botha or Shaw. still a v.strong team.

Thought that they put out a really strong team actually. Shaw hasn't really played that much.

HAve a feeling that the game could be a bit of a dull one tonight though - don't enjoy watching Biarittz - apparently if they dont win it tonight then his will be the first time in 13/14 years when they havent qualified for top tier European rugby next year!

Re: Homepage
TOulon can play some nice stuff, but most of that comes through Armitage - and Giteau if they get him quick enough ball, but it normally goes quite static from Wilko. Dont really rate the Toulon backthree either.

I reckon it will be alright. Toulon will play some decent stuff and Ngwenya is always exciting.

Or just end up confusing him with Steffon Armitage all game. I was wondering the last time I watched Toulon....is it possible that its big Bast having a really good season and everyone just thinks he's Armitage???

I just tend to see him mouthing off a lot after a decision is made. I hate it when players do that when I play them, really grinds on me.

It's like when American Football players start wooing and chest bumping when they make a hit. See Armitage doing that sort of things.

Just gave up watching amin and watching rugby club.
Think ulster front 5 will take scrum and lineout but their wild card 10 is the stumbling block.
Sexton could kill him and leinsters big game players and experience will squeak it.
Big game temperament means a lot. Pointed it out in ap semi where Luke had all form in back 3 but falcons had AAC and bowe. Neither in form
But both come alive in big games. It's a big factor.
That said if ulster can dominate possession it's
On.particularly with their back row.
Afoa back could be key with best on fire. Ulster could monopolise possession. Can't wait for my 4hr train from Bristol to Surrey to drop my bag due to rail works. Grrrrrr usually 2hr 30

As I say this Blues 17 is replaced by who was supposed to start at TH and the first scrum was very even.

Re: Homepage
ITFL - think you've got a cracking front five, up there with the best in the league - maybe look for an out and out no7 - my results seem to have picked up a lot since I got Salvi. In the winter months Haskell and SOB definitely work, as in the AP at that stage think there is far less emphasis on securing quick ball.
I'd look at getting a top class centre in if you can find one available, as your wing options are very good - potentially look at Beale as a no10 as he's playing some very good stuff there for the Rebels.
Personally think you've got a cracking first 15, just get some more depth for your bench and you'll be challenging top4 easily mate.

Yer I've seen Beale doing well at 10 but Hodgson completes 5 EQ...think I woulda done better with 4 EQ...my back up EQ really isn't strong.
Hopefully once Medard returns and is on form I can go 12 Allen 13 Rougerie...Rougerie a world class 13?

Re: Homepage
Allen definitely a better no12 I think, hasnt played much at 13.
Haven't seen that much of Seymour to be honest, few games I've seen him play he's been very solid.
Think in this game its about taking risks with youngsters, I've been lucky with Ford, Launchbury, Tuilagi and Wade and spent quite a lot on each, just had to wait a while for them to come through. Bath have a great youth team, but didnt really play many last year - they have a very good centre coming through Ben Moses, who is worth keeping an eye on.
I'm going to be looking at my squad this week and might be letting a few English go - I will PM you when I've decided what ones I'm offloading. You might want to consider a bid for a guy from Bedford called Josh Bassett, he's a winger and in the Eng u20 squad - seen him play and he's very good.

Re: Homepage
Cook is a class player - Bath normally put out the players they think will make it to Bristol, prob be worth having a look at the Bristol squad and seeing who has been loaned out. Think Woodburn was at the start of the season.
