Re: Realistic Premier League II
What a bellendish thing to do.
You only joined the league as you were Chelsea, the league has the minimum amount of work to do to fulfill your end of the deal, and you're leaving essentially because you're an idiot.
But please reconsider

I'll happily take Chelsea on a short term basis, and sell Newcastle Higuain, Mata, Terry, Cole, Ivanovic & Piazon if you need me to trebs.

My fave was Ramires and Romeu for Bale and Modric. That was such a tempter.

Tbh the one he offered me was better:
Romeu for Baines?
Re: Realistic Premier League II
Just a general pattern of offering downgrades at identical positions.
Didn't really grasp the concept of the league (asking like 15m for Drogba )

Not being funny mate, but if you commit to something you should really follow through on it. Especially if 15 other people do put the work in.

Ironic considering he's quitting due to time constraints

Just to show I'm fair, same applies to MockingJay for quitting. Although his deals were much fairer.
Don't sign up if you're not going to hang around.
Side note, I'm leaving

Re: Realistic Premier League II
I do apologise for leaving though. I think Chelsea were a decent side and would have liked to be able to stay and try to do well with them. I quit the other league on this website too. I was considering staying a few minutes ago but i really dont feel I would be committed enough. Think OTW has a great league so I do apologise to you OTW, but good luck anyway mate

Think Michu (who just signed for Swansea in RL) is a bargain for £2m, scored 15 goals and 4 assists in 37 games for Vallecano. His goals kept them in La Liga!!

Marky, yes its annoying that people do leave when they sign up, however everyone has a life outside of the internet....and things come up which are unavoidable..
(im not leaving by the way) ....yet

Re: Realistic Premier League II
Nice win Hero. 5-0 on the votes, and tbh I expected it. Last week I knew I had a chance, but if I got anything this week it would have been a bonus. Just the small matter of Stoke this week. It doesn't get any easier for us small teams (especially since I don't play Bull until the final week )

1-1 Good result, wasn't sure if my tactical surprise on the wingers would work or not.
Anyone got any midfielders available on loan?

Re: Realistic Premier League II
Opening 3 games against Man U, Newcastle and Liverpool, I was expecting 3 defeats, so 2 draws/2 points is a bonus. Now the season starts for real against Norwich.
