--------------------------------------------------------
------------ Alex Song --- Yann M'vila ------------
--------------------------------------------------------
--- Cazorla --------- Oscar ----------- Podolski -
--------------------------------------------------------
----------------- Robin Van Persie -----------------
Subs:- Mertesacker,Santos,Rosicky,Chamberlain,Giroud
Sagna and Gibbs are to sit back and help their defence out and only break forward when we go on the break. Sagna and Gibbs are quick and will keep with the opposing wingers, force them out of play. They will get forward and support the wingers but only when safe and one at a time.Koscielny and Vermaelen are to be big and strong in their tackles and in air. They are quick and powerful and they will watch for players coming through or through balls, so they can intercept man or ball .Song and m'vila are to be big and strong in their tackles. Both need to sit back and help the defence out.Podolski and Cazorla are to help out their full back and need to be quick when we go on the break. Oscar needs to be getting in and around Rvp to give him support up front. We need him to get the ball from the back and break forward as much as possible to support Rvp. Rvp is to be big and strong in the air. He needs to hold the ball up and draw in our other players from midfield. He will look for Song,m'vila and Oscar to set him up, if they create, he will score.
Subs:- if winning 75min Rosicky for oscar .... if losing Giroud for Oscar and play 2 strikers rvp,Giroud 4-4-2

TACTICS (147 Words)
When we don't have the ball the defense must drop deep. We will form a tight unit and look to play zonally to stop their attacks. Win all the aerial balls so they have to play it on the ground. Do not give them time or space on the ball. The whole midfield needs to drop back and put in a shift, again in zones rather than man-marking. Dempsey and Montolivo must not be given time on the ball and must be tackled quickly.
Going forward, Walcott and Rodriguez should use their pace to get forward and break past their defense. Krancjar and Fyvie are both good passers of the ball and should look to instigate our attacks, Fyvie in the deep-lying role and Krancjar supporting Sturridge, who should look to make runs across the defense, use his pace which Kaboul and Zapata lack and be clinical.
If Elmo does not get his tactics in, I am happy to postpone the fixture

Norwich v Aston Villa
- Spoiler:
- Injuries: Eric Lichaj/Chris Herd/Darren Bent
Formation: 4-2-3-1
Starting XI
GK: Shay Given
RB: Nathaniel Clyne
CB: Richard Dunne
CB: Jonas Olsson
LB: Stephen Warnock
DM: Fabian Delph
DM: Stiliyan Petrov ©
RAW: Vladimir Weiss
AM: Alberto Aquilani
LAM: Charles N'Zogbia
ST: Demba Ba
Subs: Łukasz Fabiański, Miguel Lopes, Gabriel Agbonlahor, Ciaran Clark, Stephen Ireland, Louis Saha, Joris Mathijsen
Tactics:
Tricky away tie this week, but we can hurt them with pace. Defenders, play a deeper line with zonel marking. They like to pump the ball forward, so physical/strong aerial challenges, double up marking Holt. Full-backs, strong challenges on wingers, keep them isolated. Clyne look for runs on the underlap when going forward. They’ll look to compact the midfield, so DM’s get in their faces; force mistakes, short triangle passes moving forward. Wingers’ put in a shift doubling up with full-backs defending, On attack, keep them guessing, run at them either cutting inside linking play up or hug the touch line whipping in crosses. Aquilani look to play off Ba, array of passes all over the pitch. Ba, lot’s of movement. Look to peel of defenders into space. Compete for every aerial. Use your frame to your advantage! Team look to get the ball on the floor attacking with lots of width, provide lot’s of options!
On 69 Mins: Gabby Agbonlahor will replace Vladimir Weiss. Fresh legs running at their tiring full-backs look to run inside diagonally playing of Ba’s knock-downs.
On 76 Mins: Miguel Lopes to replace Nathaniel Clyne. Again fresh legs coping with any attacking play they through at you. Preserve your runs going forward. Grind out the win (If Winning)
On 88 Mins: Stephen Ireland will swap with Alberto Aquilani. Box-to-Box role, look to put a shift in breaking up play, fill in the gaps.

Arsenal

--------------------------------------------------------
Sagna ---- Koscielny ---- Vermaelen ---- Gibbs

Team Talk: We've forced our way in amongst the big boys, today prove that we belong! Arsenal are weak at full back so we'll look to attack them their through Lennon/Sinclair. Get the crowd behind us and cement our Champions League place!
Vorm: Communicate, watch for through balls
Santon/Enrique: Force their wingers outside as we're strong in the air. Cazorla/Pod to be made anonymous.
Jagielka/Evans: Communicate, RVP to be marked at all times. Strong in the air.
Diamé: Man mark Oscar, get physical and he'll switch off.
Parker: Big shift, make those tackles, watch the runners. Easy passes.
Pranjic: Get back so we aren't outnumbered. Pick up runners. Going forward look to support Jelavić and to hit the wingers. Exploit the space.
Sinclair/Lennon: Simply if you dominate their fb's then we'll win. Alternate going outside and driving inside. Link up with Jelavić.
Jelavić: Be predatory, shoot on sight. You're goals have got us to 3rd, now to take 2nd!
----
Corners: Pranjic - CB's forward, Diamé to stay back with Fbs
Freekicks: Sinclair
Penalties: Jelavić
----
Subs:
Regardless of score at 70 mins: Pranjic off, Downing on. Go 4-2-3-1, continue to prevent Arsenal from settling and attacking their Full Backs. Sinclair to move more central.
- West Brom v Southampton:
West Brom
4321/433
Gomes
Grygera vlaar ridgewell buttner
Wanyama mulumbu
Dos santos granero pienaar
Odemwinge
Keeper- throws to full backs to start moves.
Defense:
Continuity again, grygera hold and be an option for midfield, buttner press on you our the width on the left.
Lambert/jones will be a strong target man, vlaar to mark him, challenge for headers, don't let him turn, don't foul. Wanyama in front of him for long balls/set pieces. Ridgewell sweep/ take other forward.
Midfield: mulumbu watch for lalanas runs. Granero start attacks, look for dis santos. Target bridge on the inside and slip in odemwinge. Pienaar combine with buttner push inside to outnumber them in midfield.
Odemwinge- Southampton will struggle against movement like yours, make run off their slowish centre backs to be played in.
Subs: 70 mins lukaku for did santos - odemwinge to go wide.
Ince for pienaar, drive at fullback and whip in crosses for lukaku, allow buttner to pick and choose his runs a little more.
Big game in great form (especially at home) lets get another 3 points in this 6 pointer.

Starting XI
GK: Brad Jones
RB: Chris Gunter
CB: Olof Mellberg

CM: Charlie Adam
RAM: Maxi Rodriguez
AM: Adam Lallana
LAM: Kieran Richardson
ST: Rickie Lambert

Tactics:
Defenders/Centre-Backs communication is key! Mellborg compete for Ariel challenges, Chico use your pace picking up scraps/second-balls. Usher them out, clearing your lines! Full-backs, don’t get caught high up pitch. Look to isolate wingers, push them inside if need be. Gunter, look to overlap when attacking in numbers. Simple passing out from the back. Schneiderling play the holding role. Plug the gaps, use height/strength pressing players, shield centre-backs with crosses. Adam get a feel for the ball early, look for the high ball over the top onto Lambert/Wide-Players. Deadly set-pieces. Wingers, run at their slower full-backs, turn them inside out. Ability to mix it up running the flanks or cutting inside drawing the fouls!. Lallana, play as a 2nd striker, feed of Lamberts knockdown’s bringing in wide players. Ghost into box picking up second balls.
Lambert, use your size/strength to your advantage. Win flick-ons/bring players into the game. Bully their defenders!
On 70 Mins: Matthew Phillips to replace Maxi Rodriguez. Don’t let up running at them, look to get yourself into a 1 on 1 foot race situation with them at all times.
On 74 Mins: Suso will swap with Kieran Richardson. Move to left flank, Phillips to right. Look to run with the ball linking up play. Look to mix it up coming inside, have a crack if a opportunity presents itself
On 86 Mins: Steven Davis to replace Charlie Adam. Play the holding role. Look to break up play running down the clock.
