The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub, Oxford
First topic message reminder :
Hello and welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub, a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.
The Pub has made its way to Oxford and the only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no tampering with the pictures of Seve Ballesteros, Andy Fenby, Nick Williams,Tim Visser, Adam Ashley Cooper and Paul Lawrie up on the wall.

That Scottish top is pretty decent aye. You're right about the guts though. I know a fair few people who won't be able to get one from F's local.

You shoogled the camera when taking that picture so that it looks like he's running? Go'awn, admit itred_stag wrote:Munster have confirmed Paul O'Connell has returned to full contact training. He definitely wont start against Leinster but maybe on the bench and likely to be ready for Racing Metro.
Here he is in training yesterday

He isn't running. He is simply walking - he's just that fast!

That jersey's not too bad. There's no hiding a yellow dildo though, unless you enjoy that kind of thing.

ULSTER SAYS NO TO THE ASBO!!
Too late. As already found the evidence of the great spelling switch last time he was there (you lot used to spell it whisky too before opting to copy the Yank spelling).

Maybe we should keep up the tradition and start to call him Asboe then?

Re: The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub, Oxford
Peete, wee spelled it Whisky at the start for sure. The Scots stole the name so we added an E to distinguish it from the sourmash they were producing.
How could we copy the yank spelling? We were making whiskEy before the yanks were sh!tting yella

Folks, I've just heard from Stag and he's had a major internet meltdown. So is there anyone about who's free from 8ish, has Skype, and fancies chatting rugby for the podcast?

If I did Pete, I'd only be able to comment on the Pro12, so not exactly much use for the whole podcast sorry!

I've been a buzzy bee since I got home, managed to transcribe my interview with Lyndon Lewis (you will not believe how difficult it is to understand what I wrote when half asleep! clearly my ability to write is not good first thing in the morning) Just need to put it all into a good write up now.
and also, one more sleep!! can't wait for this time tomorrow

The first known record of the surname Jones is dated 1279, in Huntingdonshire, England.[7]

Were there many Kiwis around Arbroath around the late 13th (or was it early 14th) century?

Kom Op AJAX!
Geloof!
1-2. Real were playing with us for most of it. Exhibition stuff. Not now. Should be 2-2. Just missed a sitter.
AJAX up against a fantastic football side. In fairness. But, in two years they will match them and the other top sides in Europe. . Why? Cruyff.
He wont stop until AJAX win the CL in style again.
Then. like a good Jewish club, they'll sell their all AJAX Way stars off for a fat profit.
Evenin all btw.
