Can Ireland beat France? - Page 7 Empty Can Ireland beat France?

Post by red_stag Mon 4 Mar 2013 - 22:48

First topic message reminder :

With France having lost three games in a row (Italy, Wales, England), they are now on the road to face Ireland.

One side of the argument suggests that France are "due a win" while the other says that they are on the ropes and a new look Irish side can add to their misery.

Can Ireland beat this French team?

She's pretty much known as Mrs BOD in Ireland.

Really? What TV show is this? Over there she's an established actress, author and has a clothing range - some of that long before she met BOD. I only knew about that from reading the Irish press.

Murray and Ferg off for Reddan and Fitz. Wouldn't have had murray off and Earls has had a quiter game than ferg but that's a coin toss.

Very surprised at Reddan's coming on. Murray has been pretty good today- a couple of bad decisions but pretty good overall.

Mike Ross looks knackered. God forbid Archer comes on.

As soon as she got popular she tried to get into the UK, she did loads of plays etc, and is in the BBC show 3some.

She has written quite a bit but isn't really nkown for it.

McFadden had just made two bad mistakes, and he looked to be injured, which might be the reason he made the mistakes.

France scrum is a testament to how niaive teams are to actually try to play ball from there...

As much as noone wants to see it winning the penalty is far more effective at the scrum than using the ball.

Just read up on her. She's most well known for the Irish drama The Clinic because she was on that for a few years. 3some is made by Comedy Central UK not the BBC - hardly well known. The only BBC thing she did was an episode of George Gently a few years ago. She's just done some TV movie type things then. I'd say your statement was true in reverse in that she's more well known over here for being married to BOD.

To have actually let France back into this game is a complete and utter joke.

If France had played half decent they would have won.

Superb by POM there with the turnover. He has had a good game today. It's strange- when a backrow player actually does his job and doesn't stand in centre and the wing he is more effective.

I think BOD's wife's face said that was his last game at Lansdowne. Gutted. I fears it's curtains here lads.
