Actually agree Ent to an extent. I've been underwhelmed so far but things should improve.

In fairness plenty of others, mainly United fans, sang "Murrrrrrderers, murrrrderers..." until that was basically banned. Hence we now have: "You know what you are, you know what you arrrrrrre".Dolphin Ziggler wrote:I was disappointed with the Munich song I heard tonight. Baffles me that Liverpool fans sing that stuff

The pl has been great so far!
Unless you are a city, chelsea or man u glory hunting fan!!
The talent is so spread out . Love the fact you can watch a couple of mid table teams and the match is high quality. Not sure what you lot are complaining about. This could potentially be the season of seasons in regards to0 competition all over!
BTW that german outfit last night made PALACE look like a half decent team
there were battered by united.. Great play by united and just proving the point. Its not the top teams underperforming its every other team raising their levels. So we won't see united, chelsea or city running through these lesser teams week in week out!

Last night showed what happens when Rooney is on form and Moyes shows some balls and plays a punchy attacking team/formation.

Aye, theres only ever a group of idiots and both sets (all teams in fairness) have their noisy nonsense lot. Re: Barclays Premier League 13/14 Thread
That is a bluddy good save by Guzan. Snodgrass did fine, but just superb reactions. Looked like he came of his line, but none the less superb keeping and how often do we see keepers get punished these days for that? The rule has slowly seemed to go into oblivion.
Also villa hitting the post just before. Going to be a good old game.

Re: Barclays Premier League 13/14 Thread
Snodgrass has been excellent today but whilst he's creating chances, the strikers aren't even looking like taking them. Elmander looks like a less mobile version of Holt in more ways than one and RVW's radar is way off today. Hooper on?

From Villa's point of view I've been impressed by Delph. He's looked really composed in midfield.

Re: Barclays Premier League 13/14 Thread
Great result and much needed.
Gabby had another good game.
As stated above Delph impressive again.
Hope Benteke not out for to long.
Guzan top draw. great pen save and one near the end.
One again very nervous towards the end.
Much needed win.
Well done Villa.

I am not surprised JM has dropped Luis and Mata.
He needs to ship in january(for 70m plus) and get a high quality defender and a striker

however i did expect a 1 goal defeat, so not the end of the world, a lot more goals then i thought there would be though!
