United have been the better team, but its a tight game where you need a striker who takes any half chance available. And RVP is injured

Rodgers needs to have a consistent back four. Enrique-Agger-Skrtel-Johnson should be the first choice and be consistently picking. The chopping and changing won't help, need consistency and then the performances will rise.

Would have liked to have seen some changes from Rodgers earlier, putting the likes of Aspas and Moses on to have a go.

How many times did Moyes try to get Everton to win at Manchester United? Now he just might, after all those years...

Amongst all the bedlam, Stoke and Cardiff are sneaking in a tidy 0-0.

Re: Barclays Premier League 13/14 Thread
If AVB is under pressure, surely Moyes has to be as well? He's had a much better infrastructure to come into than AVB did and hasn't lost any major members of the squad as well as being able to invest significant sums of money on players.

patchy from Chelsea. Looked good going forward with Hazard on fire, and could easily have had more goals, but some shoddy defending, conceding three from set pieces was reallly poor against a pretty ordinary Sunderland side. Still, an important three points with the other contenders winning, so I'll take that.

Terrible night for us, inconsistency back again. Off to Old Trafford next, fear we will be on the end of some kind of reaction from United.

Re: Barclays Premier League 13/14 Thread
Ok here goes...
The team selection. We've just come off a win, a decent win, nothing too special but it helped to build some confidence. SO WHY ON EARTH ARE YOU CHANGING THE SIDE?!?!?! Not only that, but to change the side to the same formation, same style that's seen us been spanked away this season time and time again. Then the actual players selected, why on earth are you dropping Hooper and keeping Elmander starting despite him being a donkey?!?! Clueless clueless clueless f*cking tactics.
We're set up to be a defensive side. We've conceded 28 goals this season. 28 goals. By December. Hopeless
What does Becchio have to do to get a chance? Elmander is useless, give Becchio a go he can't be any worse!!!!
Josh Murphy. HAVE SOME BALLS AND BRING HIM ON IN GAMES THAT MATTER NOT WHEN WE'RE 3-0 DOWN TO THE BIG SIDES!
He has to go, this can't continue. He's completely out of his depth. He has no idea how to change a game, no idea what he's doing, just no idea. Complete and utter muppet.

Seriously playing giggs n fellaini is just a recipe for disaster. People cream themselves over giggs in the easy champs lge groups but in the high intensity nature of the EPL, he gets found out. £27m for Fellaini....my god!
United ninth? 12 pts off arsenal. No top 4 is now a serious worry, not only for Moyes future but financially too for the club.
