Du Preez just failed to release Visser in a dire fashion. He's probably exhausted.

I'm expecting him to play well now that he's leaving the club, that kind of irony wouldn't be lost on Edinburgh.
The game is breaking up now and losing it's structure and more mistakes creeping in, but nice run up field by Jack Cuthbert!

Letting Low go and keeping Welsh was a very smart bit of business. Glasgow scrum not the same since he went off

Visser has not forgotten how to score. Glasgow dozed off at the end but the game was won and the five points in the bag. Good game for the spectators, for Glasgow and Edinburgh can take something as well

Just about the perfect result. Cracking game. A wee mention to the ref looked poor early on but in the end contributed to a good game.

Tell you what. If we can blend Glasgow and Edinburgh together Scotland really could start to play well.
Laidlaw, Dickenson, gilchrist and particularly Matt Scott (12) had good games.
Glasgow were great. Won that game at a canter. Bennett, Russell and jacko had great games.

good game and a great result for scottish rugby, scott was excellent so were russell and bennett. The battle of the back row was interesting, du preez looked better than strauss but I thought denton was poor.
Very impressed by murchie and jackson, overall a great game lets hope glasgow get wins in the next few weeks.

The players are there. Can Cotter make a team out of them?
What is particularly heartening is the youngsters who are really showing some class. Finn Russell, Bennett, Ickle Jonny etc.

Reckon Russell should go on the summer tour? He's on great form just now but can't help but think he could benefit from a proper pre season to get his conditioning up to standard.

Especially given the fixtures in the last two rounds! I'm licking my chops!
I do love Al Kellock as a captain, just listening to him speak gets me fired up. He sounds like he means business.
And that is a tough question RDW, tour or thorough pre-season...?

On form he should go, but remember he played all last summer in New Zealand as well. I think he should be rested and looked after for the longer term. If Jacko plays like he did tonight he will soon be back in the mix as well!

Great result for Glasgow and an exciting game. Glasgow fell out the game for 15 minutes or so in the 2nd half but apart from that well worth the win.
Think we broke our home attendance record which was a decent achievement considering that so few Edinburgh fans made the trip.
