What would England fans see as this England's team weaknesses? Not referring to individual players but rather areas of weakness such as defense (not saying they are weak here, just an example).

Nowell and May could be drawn in too narrow in defence. If Care and Vunipola can be shackled, we could see a backline devoid of spark. We are still making very basic handling errors. And defensively, Burrel could be exploited by BOD as he is not a 13 at Club level

And the customary first 5 mins where we don't seem to concentrate and the last 20 where we seem to struggle to attack (based on stats- in the last year we have scored loads of points 40-60 mins but 60-80 barely any)

Re: England vs Ireland
Not an england fan but as above the wide defence and the ability to vary the game to suit the opposition / conditions.
the otehr thing I would do playing England would be try to rattle Farrell - he has been shown to be a bit brittle / easily rattled sometimes - send a flanker after him with a couple of big hits early on.
No real obvious weaknesses however

But then that flanker is committing early and not marking Vunipola/Care...

A tad mean-spirited, and more than a tad unfair.
Except the haircut. That is still indubitably true

Havent a hope of winning that with the Vunapolas and Morgan. Mike Ross will give it a go though.

Re: England vs Ireland
Execution and decision making in attacking situations. We're making loads of yards and creating space and opportunities, but not turning them into enough tries. Farrell tends to try the crossfield kick a couple of phases too early and our carriers can get isolated. Must not happen against the Irish back row + Best and BOD

Re: England vs Ireland
England will come at us like a raging bull. They'll do what they've done in two games now.... pace the game away from the opposition.
Ireland will have their tea and prawn sandwiches at half time and work out how to respond to it by the second half.
It could be as lacking in spark as the Welsh v Irish game. Let's learn the lessons - don't over hype this one.

In the past couple of years our first tackles have been poor (might be mainly due to Ashton). The scramble defence has been good and got us out of problems we shouldn't have been in. I also see an inability to think for themselves. Often keep playing the same way until half time even if it's not working. Until the coaches can tell them what to do (has been a problem for a long time and not just with English).
The defence has been better (since Ashton was dropped) so I go for changing things up at half time so it's too late for England to make the change. Also our kicking out of hand has been pretty poor in the past.

Keep it close for the trademarked auto-substitutions on the 58th minute mark, and watch as we implode in the last 20?

No.. our over-confidence is a bigger hurdle to cross Peter. You'll kill us with arrogance on the field.

Yes...we talked about that here with those I watched it with. Head in the wrong place, Healy has to bind. Upper cut. Surprise connect. It seemed a light enough brush but Warburton really felt it. Healy doesn't know his own strength.
But now looking at it again I see that Warburton mightn't have been so innocent and in keeping his head close to Adam's waist he had the potential to disrupt Healy's bind. Healy was maybe letting him know "I'm still coming through, whether you're there or not"

Probably shorter odds than on Lawes, Hartley or Farrell getting a red card or Care showing up pished.

Only the Munster guys are thugs, Healy went to Belvedere college don't you know. Good Jesuit student who likes to paint in his spare time. Pleasant sort of a fellow.

I think you mean one of them is acting. Do you Scrumpy??? Was it a trick question?

I'd still say Ireland are favourites but only if they keep 15 on the field.
Tom wood seems to be good at winding up players like Healy.

If Tom wants to wind a player up...then he'll wind a player up. And Healy might even go off. Yellow? Red? Who knows. But the likelihood is that if Tom wants to wind-up Healy...he'll be following Healy off - on a stretcher
