ha ha... did I spell the names right? (hope so... I pinched yours from the last one)
I might stay up to watch. Starts at 11pm here.
Are you watching the World Club 10s? Geez... talk about rugby overkill.
Singapore is a strange venue. Must be tough out there playing rugby on the equator!

Yes, it's been a big day for you.
Did you get up early to watch Italy v Costa Rica? France-Switz was a ripper of a game. That's what the WC is all about for me.

That was 24 hours ago. Swans off their game but managed to sneak a win thanks to Buddy. ooops! did you want to know the result?
Just saw Auckland beat Wasps... Brumbies were leading Cardiff last time I saw.

Honestly don't see where Wales will compete in this game, last week they were so disjointed, and didn't look like them at all.
Wales need a huge injection of urgency to stand a chance at keeping the score respectable

Nah, don't care, I tried watching an AFL game once, looks like it might be fun to play, but not to watch.

I agree, lee. I fear Wales will have Plenty on their hands to keep SA at Bay.
Biltong, is this venue near Kruger National Park or the other way NW up towards Botswana? If the former... it could be a severe mauling from your blokes.
re AFL: absolutely buggerising to play (legs go to jelly quickly; then you have to hoof it downfield with accuracy if possible). Fantastic to watch a great game. They way they run and kick into space is quite spectacular to watch.

Re: South Africa v Wales - 2nd Test, Nelspruit
Just looking at the back lines...
Wales back line matches SA for physicality, nous and finishing abilities (as an entire unit) but once again platform will be everything.
The breakdown is going to be key, looking at the options in both packs...
Du plessis will put his head in anywhere and is murder to shift,
That back row will flood and physically damage given half the chance!!!
Jenkins and owens are always a bit of a threat given half the chance
Wales back row has a silky ball carrier, a chopper and turn bull who makes andy Powell look effective, there is literally no breakdown nous there whatsoever.
If Wales speed the game up they'll be susceptible to turnovers and breakaway tries, if they slow the game down they'll go narrow, and nowhere.
The line out will be dominated by SA, steins kicking game is superior, not to mention le roux's 2nd option, and the scrum will be scrappy and a free for all.
Wales cannot win this game.

I don't understand AFL, watched a bit myself. It's like they got to a cricket ground and decided to come up with a game that uses every blade of grass. Fun to watch though.

I thought that was good too rainbow.
Mike Phillips, half break no pace, kick to nothing, not looking good.
Wales looking so weak at the breakdown

If both are jumping for it's fine. If one doesn't jump he gets done. Fair call by Walsh.

which so far we are doing

It's a PT and we are down to 13.
So we just lost this game by being unable to stop the maul

Maul is killing Wales here.
Very inconsistent refusing though, some refs reluctant to give yellows / penalty tries, Walsh has just awarded a penalty try and 2 yellows.
Most refs would've given one then maybe another, I hate the inconsistency in riffing today

Niaivity by Wales, harsh riffing by Walsh, and this game is as good as over for Wales despite all the positives, and still being ahead, and only 35 mins gone
