Who should never have had 3 caps or more
First topic message reminder :
As a companion piece, and also more entertaining, what players never warranted one cap but kept getting selected.
3 or more caps please

Wales
Colin Charvis - there are more highlights of him getting knocked out by various persons then of him doing good things. Slightly unfair but how he got 100 caps is beyond me.... not just because he's as Welsh as Ronald McDonald.
He did score a lot of tries, though - 22 - world record in test matches for a forward at the time.

Gotta agree with all the Scots players mentioned thus far. The noughties were a very dark time. Pretty much every SQ pro player seemed to get at least 10 caps.
If it wasn't for his immaculate kicking I'd say Neil Jenkins. Always thought he stunted the Wales flair with his conservative style. Controversial I know.
Considering the incredible player base England have had it's amazing that guys like Noon, Hape, Paul, Farrell, Goode and Tomkins got a look in.

Trevor Brennan for Ireland wasn't just a liability, he wasn't that good.
