Severe delays on the DLR so I left early and used the Jubilee Line instead, had to stand but I got to work earlier than I usually do. Just an example of the hardships one has to put up with living in the capital and why it's so very important to stay ahead of the game.

Went to the model railway festival at Alexandra Palace a few months ago, not sure I'd call the operators "c*nts" but there was a definite whiff of Yewtree about them.

I agree Galts, less human error can only be a good thing and there is always the small chance that you can get right to the front, which is a bonus.

Though if very simple AI is striking, it has obviously been hard coded with the ethos of the rail employees...

I would insert a laugh emoticon but that seems to be beyond my phone's capabilities. It's worth sitting at the front to deny tourists the joy though you probably will have a pack of little kids around you. Facing out the back and imagining the train's out of control can be very rewarding.
