Bland to Poopie to be honest - My cousin is on a health kick and I have to suffer the results. We went for a walk, ate crap food, he lectured me on health foods and diets then dithered over some other crap food by which time my stomach had shrunk with dismay and I didn't end up eating anything. Then as a treat he bought crap chicken and chips from his workplace and spent the entire miserable meal trying to convince himself and me that the chips were crispy rather than overdone and the chicken was done to a new style rather than being dryer than a lizards armpit.

Then he forced me to watch the Mayweather fight, which I had successfully avoided and spent the entire time trying to convince me that Mcgregor had done this amazing thing and that amazing thing when Mayweather walked around like Primo Carnera without doing anything of substance.

How was yours mate?

Won nothing at the horse racing, but that is std. Won at pool which was nice, and did not a great deal yesterday, also nice that it is Tuesday and not Monday.

Watched the fight online the next day, and it went exactly as expected. Newcastle won well also, which was great.

So all in all, a good weekend.

On Friday I introduced the cat to her new £31 Fonso Snuggle Premium Fleece bed (works out to 1.55 times the cost of the cat).
Apart from feeding time I didn't see her for the rest of the weekend, except for an ear sticking over the rim of the bed.

I hope so, Dagless. I just need to hook up a drip so I can feed her her Ocean Mix while she sleeps.

All is indeed good in the hood. How is the career path going?

Not anywhere at the moment, the key player is on annual leave to save a few bob on kids holidays etc etc, I should hear about it in the next few weeks but I do believe I'm at crossroads here - either I get more or less everything I want or nothing. But at least the faffing about will be over.

I am sure it will work out for the best, whichever way it goes, but fingers crossed.

On a different note, who you picking to win between GGG and Canelo?

GGG to pulp him or lose like Klitschko to Fury. No middle ground. You?

Genuine 50/50, I pick a different fighter each day, pre Jacobs, GGG, but I think that fight took something out of him, and Canelo is looking good.

I'm bloody good, thanks for asking. I'm at home in a non-working capacity but have recently been given the go-ahead to stay at home in a working capacity (from time to time), so finally can put the letters WFH (fttt) behind my name.

I've made it.

I now work from home every Monday. I now drink a lot every Sunday night.

I might take up drinking on a Monday morning.
