Similar, though that was quite a nice change from the previous few, so it was quite good.

At least you didn't say really nice, rick.
'ow's weather Edgbaston next few days, Jules? Or too far out to call?
I saw lots of rain but I might have misread things.

My old English teacher used to hate the word nice, and the way it has been diluted through over use.

Cloudy and clammy since the heatwave. Have stopped wearing shorts into work which is pretty devastating for the gash and the gays.

That's good news. With a bit of luck you'll be able to put your redundancy payout into your film company.

Great start. The "Invest" jumped out at me.
I'm doing exactly the same thing. Website draft is ready next Thursday.
Architecture and infrastructure projects with links to capital raising page on digital asset exchange. Also Fed and State Gov. initiatives. Seamless.

Excellent news, Jules, fingers crossed.
I will have a look at the website when I get a mo.
If you need Terms of usage I knocked some up for a friends website which you could use as a template if need be.
Edit: Website is blocked here at work.

Getting investors will be the hardest part. Not only am I not a salesman, but the bottom line is that most independent films don't make their money back. But a few turn a huge profit. So I have to find people willing to gamble or people who simply would like to see themselves with an Executive Producer credit. We want to start small with short films (5 - 10 mins) on a budget of a couple of thousand pounds, to submit to film festivals. Then work our way up to longer ones, then to feature length. It's a long-term plan.

Yep, for many reasons, which I wont bore you with here.
But if for no other reason, it covers behinds, and looks more professional.
As I can't access your website at the mo I wont be able to describe specifics, sorry.

Yup, that'll do.
Also, if any email or other personal info is required at any stage, whack in a GDPR clause, just std wording will do.

OK. I've got a Legal Notice page with company details but not a privacy policy or cookie policy - although I think a cookie 'Accept' thing pops up be default as part of the service provided by the hosting/website design company - ionos.
I don't sell anything on the site, but there is a contact form and a newsletter subscription so I can potentially collect names and e-mail addresses.

Yeah, you will need a GDPR clause in there, basically stating you will only be using the information for the services described, and won't be passed to a third party, blah blah.
You should find this wording anywhere online (maybe even on here tbh) if not let me know and I will grab something for you.
I would still put in a basic terms of use, but not essential if you are not selling, just for looks as much as anything.

I would centre the paragraphs, looks a bit messy. For example, under We Are, Films, We Offer and Music Videos.
Was going to rebuke you for using 'by permission' but apparently that's acceptable. What is this world coming to?

Morning Rick. Fairly dreadful weekend Rick as had to accompany my wife to Dunoon so she could run the half marathon. Mrs Superfly, me and the two kids had to stay at her pal's in-laws' house for 2 nights. Not much of a fan of her pal and husband and hate staying in someone else's house.
Then had to drive from Dunoon to Dundee to drop off my oldest to stay with her gran for a few days.
I hope you had a better time.
Sicond.

I did indeed, spent most of it in the local with friends, on in my own home with Mrs D.
Bit of a grey start to the day, but looks like bucking up.
How did the missus do in the run? Happy with the time?

Turd.
Got some folks from Kilmalcolm (don't ask me what Malcolm did wrong) staying here in September, Superfly... on their way to a wedding in Fiji.
What a global trek that will be!
How did the missus go... was her time OK?
Hiya Rick.

Hi all.
I had a f*cking excellent weekend. On Friday Galtova fronted up to me and asked if I noticed anything new. I managed to correctly guess that it was her necklace and so had a relatively strop-free weekend.
