That's rubbish Galted.
Semordnilap, despite not being a word, are when a valid word spells a different word backwards. It's not just putting any word backwards.

The comments section on the BBC sport site for the cricket are pretty funny as well, Peej.
The perfectly valid word semordnilap does require a word forward and backwards... Bon

Everyone's so serious on that thread.
I'd like to see some of them out in the middle... of a cement road.
Think I might retire to the pavilion and get some sleep. G'night'all.

‘Twas a nice bowling strip in the middle of the football pitch I played in on Saturday, Port Kembla. Coast was a stone’s throw away, albeit likely some sort of world record throw.

Nice weather over the weekend... and even today. The sky looked warm where I am. Nice rays of sun this time of year.
Is that the field near the lookout on Military Rd? Looks nice.
It used to be very heavy industry near there but it has been considerably restructured and downsized.

Sicond, surprised you could tear yourself away from the cricket boards, especially with such a big game on today in your neck of the woods.

I like those shots of the river and the "Handmade Burgers" place. I can almost hear the hammer and anvil in the background as they strike the buns.

It's not the river, it's the canal. More miles of canal than Venice, so they say.
I think the Rep holds about 20 times more people than we will ever get to see one of our shows.

Apologies for talking up the canal. Yes it did look culvert-like but the camera angle was oblique.
Much prettier than the Los Angeles 'River' though.

Hello!
Had quite a poignant conversation with the friendly Cockney this morning. After we'd said 'morning mate' he pointed at the sky, winked at me and said 'f*cking alright, innit?'
So nice to know he's at peace with the world.

Peej I have no idea what you are talking about...
There appears to be a dude in here who can't work out how to flush properly and instead just covers up the evidence with loads of toilet roll like a cat with a litter tray... Odd.

Had a flatmate for a short while years ago who would always p1ss on the toilet seat. Could only assume that he thought it was some sort of protective cover, and that when he sat down for a crap he lifted the seat up and sat directly on the bowl, which he assumed would be clean.

I have said it before on here, I think. It is always a moment of dread when you go to the bog and the seat is down, as you never know what is found under there. People are generally c**ts

I have indeed, I enjoyed that particular comic book series as well, and they nailed the animation.
It is probably the first decent animation Marvel have done for quite some time.
