That guy is either a decent wind up merchant, or just has some issues going on.

Not sure I want to become known as the sad poster who hangs around the site waiting for thread splits.

He needs a damn good hard border. That'll learn him... as he likes to say.
I had a fantastic weekend down on the border. Some very nice pretty little towns which appear to be unaffected by ice addiction on the surface.
So lush out there on the plains... the country looks so beautiful. It's hard to believe the state was 97% drought affected not so long ago.

In Kashmir if you live fairly high up the side of a mountain you can watch the landscape turn green as the rains sweep past. A couple of times theres been rains but theres gaps in the cloud so it's so evenly striped that it looks like someone painted it that way. Doesn't take much to bring a dead countryside to life. How goes it notches?

Buenos no(t)ches.
I was watching a program with Swedish subtitles and learnt that their word for possums is pungråttor; which also roughly translates as "pouch rats".
Just thought you notches would like to know. I'm going to start calling selected individuals pungråtta (sing.) from now on. See if it catches on.

Spoons, doesn't do much well, food wise, but the Sriracha sauce they use is lovely.

A bout of man flu and the absence of family means that not in a good way. They're away for 6 weeks so just sitting around waiting for the flu to pass so I can make the most of it. Finish work on the 16th. I see that Julius is still alive and kicking, the man is a miracle of modern alchemy. How goes life with agent galtova and Galted Junior the first?
Re: Music Section Morning Tea Society
Couldn’t be better, living out my dream of working in a basement and living in a one-bed flat. Galted/Julius jr is good, started biting me when he’s got the hump and hitting me over the head with his toys, going the way of Tino.

Try calling Goose that, I would expect a satisfying pompous response.

Watching tennis.. I can't remember her name
'Cause there ain't no one who would Riske much more pain
He's had some 'work' published apparently. I can't say I've ever come across any of his published works.
There's more chance of a pompous pungråtta chewing a pen capturing my literary attention.

Yes thanks, Rick. All's well.
Just watching the sun go down over the fence... winter trees silhouetted against a pale orange-blue sky. My favourite bird perched on a bare branch.
All calm and serene.
The final Origin match is on in a few hours... not far from me. The lights have already been switched on I can see (from upstairs).
How are you... all good?

Not bad, mate.
Bit drab here today but end in sight for the red tape Olympics of internal audit, and caught up with some old friends last night which was nice, but possibly went bed a bit late as I am shattered.
Looking forward to and dreading the cricket this week as well.

Just need to burst that blister... get it over and done with.
Then we can sit back and relax for the Ashes.

Football is rubbish anyhoo at my sh1tshow of a club so I will hang my hat to any sport at the moment.
Think the netball world cup starts soon.

Not action netball, that is too edgy for mainstream viewing.
Out of interest, what is your favorite bird? Is it a breed, or a specific bird?

What are those really delightful red ones with the green and blue patches? Seem to be very common in Wollongong. A lovely sight, too

In that case, sorry to hear it old bean.
Though my mother recently got a decent job, the market is a lot more accommodating these days with the retirement age being pushed back.
Can you not role swap with someone who wants to go but isn't?
