I see both Scotland and Northern Ireland have taken the lead.

It can be Notch just that we have pretty poor infrastructure throughout the country. Anyway, with refinement, we can create our own style which will always be a little more direct.

Well, the two teams basically have the same kit to be fair. There's only so much difference you can imply in a green shirt and white shorts.

They did get a bandwagon to some degree. For a team like Ulster, 3rd place and quarter finals are big achievements

Not sure really Cari. I'm annoyed cos I'm in from a long run in the rain which was nice. However I have developed 2 very painful blisters and cut myself shaving this evening too.

I can. Leaving Limerick at 2am. Heading down to Cork and then early morning flight to Malaga. I've decided it will be technology free for me. Leaving phone, laptop etc behind.

My sister had to go to hospital today as she had a seizure a few months back but it looks like the results are positive. Also proud of myself that I picked up a pair of those full length legwarmers for a fiver.

Hopefully she will be Stag, the tests were a bit difficult for her. She is autistic and found it difficult not to be able to go to sleep last night.(The type of seizure she had occurs in your sleep,so the doctors were hoping she would be able to sleep for the tests.) It was hopefully the one and only time it has happened. I'm a bit tired myself,as I was helping the family keeping her entertained last night so won't be on here for much longer.

I'm fairly positive that this scoreline will motivate the players. I hope they get a bollocking all the same. They'll come back stronger.

I'm just really worried if we end up starting with a 10-12 combination of McKinney-Whitten. Whilst Humphreys and Wallace is one of the best midfield in the league, and Humphreys-Marshall is decent enough behind that we are pretty bad to be honest. We need Humph back for Glasgow!

Lads flock sake. Pre seasons mean nothing, I wouldnt worry much about it

Hughie its not the result, its the score. The attitude must have been attrocious to be walloped like that. I think a few of those guys minds must be still on holiday.

One shouldn't rehydrate with beer Rodders, not cool. Back from the driving range to discover Northern Ireland have actually won a game. Shhh just whisper it though in case they hear us.

Just sat down to eat my subway (hungry after gym) and realised I'd walked round a supermarket and the garage with the Subway with my fly undone. Silly me.

I bought a Welsh Rugby League top for Wembley (four nations double header) and it arrived today. Also pretty excited about the Welsh team announcement tomorrow.

Hi all. Pre season friendlies are there to give the whole squad a run out and shake off the rust. So Wasps gave Leinster a whupping last year, and look who won what in the end.

What at try! OK it was a bit of a fluke but that's outrageous.

Ulster used six props tonight, very little continuity up front... most important thing being to give everyone a run-out really. Very frustrated with the result but optimistic that this will serve as a harsh lesson and we'll get our asses in gear before the real stuff. Not really worried about that. It's about reacting the right way.

I wrote quite a long post about it, but I decided to post it on the relevant thread instead in the Club Rugby section.

Wouldn't be surprised about Henson. Stoddart's injury has opened the door.
