First topic message reminder :

Welcome to the virtual rugby pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the Tommy Bowe photo on the bar. That's a banning offence

So pull up a chair....what'll it be?

Wow I respond in the affirmative to a Henson comment and everyone thinks 'aww what is the point' and shuffles off. Screw the lot of you. Me and Gav heading down to the new Salon off main street in the 'diff to top up our tan and possibly squeeze in a Mani-peti. Laters.

Since I can't Flip sleep. In the next five years:
1 Ireland will win another slam
2 a NH side will win the WC
3 a Welsh side will win the ERC.
4 there will be more club games between the home nations, either by way of play offs or a full merger of Rabi Blues pros and the Jeff
5 NZ club rugby will weaken as All Blacks head north earlier and earlier.
6 Oz will loose one super team.
7 P Divvy will he replaced by an even worse coach.
8 Jake White will be coaching Wales
9 the laws of the breakdown will be even more complicated
10 Mathew Morgan will be playing in France.
11 Munster will be the third strongest Irish region and the Dragons will be the top Welsh region.
12 RGC1404 will not have got off the ground
13 Italy will win in Paris.
14 Scottish regional rugby will continue to stagnate.
15 the Scarlets will win something.

Glas a Du, there isn't any worse caoches than PDV.

Sorry mate, but that is more wishful thinking than possibility, I think this time round we will have a coach that will utilise all the exciting players in a less "predictable" way.

Cricinfo's text commentators are amusing themselves during a rather boring section of play (India have gone fully defensive in the field) by talking about amusing typos past, including "muddle" instead of "middle". Some of their readers are joining in:

""muddle and off' is the correct kiwi pronunciation," says Fred. And I am not going to say what the Kiwi pronunciation for "six off the pads" is

I agree with Thomond in this instance.

Mrs Penfro, I'm worried now I've seen the sides for Saturday's match. England look stronger in the front and second rows, we look a better back-row unit. James Hook has never convinced at full back.
