First topic message reminder :

Welcome to the virtual rugby pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the collage of great current props' pictures on the bar. We've got Castrogiovanni, Hika Reid, The Beast, Colin Windon, the Franks brothers, Mas, Tonga'uiha, Roncero, Cian Healey (as demanded by Hughie), Stevens, Murray, Mike Ross, Adam Jones and Steenkamp all in action. Graffiti's a banning offence

So pull up a chair....what'll it be?

Do mae nhw yn Glas!

Ah love it, Tonga going for a try instead of to the posts. They have totally outplayed France in this match so far.

Ah booo, French turnover. I'm really disappointed with them so far today.

True Glas true (psst, remember to translate sentences please - I forgot to say that before sorry!)

Tonga throwing everything at this match. Going to rue their missed chances of tries and miss kicks at goals though I fear.

ah the Tongan's are starting to suffer with cramp. Big last 12 mins for them, can they keep playing like this? They've been amazing I have to say.

Just not sure a 6 point cushion is enough, can see France nicking this and they just don't deserve to, they've been rubbish.

To be honest dreamer I couldn't see it happening anyway. Call me set in my ways but the only thing Canada would beat New Zealand in would be a funny accent competition. And even then it'd be close!

I think a HC type system of seeding would deal with teams who know they qualify in second place just giving up. Problem is, travelling fans need to know roughly where their team may be playing in the knockers out stage.

just been catching up with Scarlet news. Turnbull has had to have an operation on his shoulder to prevent the risk of dislocation and he's out until Nadolig (Christmas). Gutted, we're really going to miss him
