First topic message reminder :

Welcome to the virtual rugby pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the collage of pub regulars. We've got the big group pic from the HEC final in Cardiff, plus insets of ll those who couldn't make it

So pull up a chair....what'll it be?

She was in the studio last night, that must have been nice for her. On a different note, I can't believe how many people S4C have got covering the World Cup. What is the point of the girl sitting there reading twitter messages? Aren't they supposed to be saving money.

The Argentinian anthem's brilliant. It's like an opera. Also helps seeing the players get so out of tune and emotional Very Happy

Wow, love the camera angle on the haka.

Morning all, the 1st match was too intense, I couldn't manage much typing.

Missed the Australia win. Was it a good game?

This is probably Mario Ledesma's last ever game so I'm gunning for him. One of my favourite ever players, he really is one of best hookers of the pro era.

+10

And the Aus v SA game was a very bruising, tough, nervy affair. Pretty Exciting for a neutral and a hard worked for win for Australia.

Nothing to write home about Munsty. Very lucky win for Oz against all the play.

I'm already looking forward to Argentina entering the 4N next year.

Argentina held out for 15 phases of attack by New Zealand. That is pretty impressive for any team in the world.
