The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
First topic message reminder :
Welcome to the virtual rugby pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.
The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the team photos of the World Cup finalists. Or the action shots (put up especially for Cari) of McCaw, Kahui and Corey Jane.
So pull up a chair....what'll it be?

Ah ok, it was televised on Sky and was repeated the following morning on Sky Sports 2, but no one has uploaded it anywhere from what I can see.rugbydreamer wrote:Alyn - na sorry I missed that one, was too busy getting a bit drunk. Not sure it was televised either which is probs why you can't find it on either iplayer or clic. To be honest I haven't looked, but the match report did make me
It was a great game though!

Alyn, it was on Sky sports 3 if that helps. I was there it was a great game. Skill, pace and tenacity can still overcome structure, size and brute force. It was like the old days at Stradey

I agree it was a good game, I really needed it, I watched Wales lose, then went to the Dragons vs Bath game and saw the Dragons get smashed, worse still that hot blonde called Nicola I met before had a wedding ring on this time, so that killed it for me, but luckily the Scarlets gave me something to smile about!
Though the Ospreys getting creamed in Exeter wasn't nice to hear about!

Can someone please explain to me where this face book page is?

Excuse me if my questions seem daft, I'm pretty nooby on face book and on forums, I can work out the basics but reading the posts further up has me totally confused, lol.

I meant the pub community as opposed to the actual thread we're on. I'm still in the early stages of inauguration but I'm pretty convinced there's something fishy at work. Money laundering most likely. Gibbo and Asbo spend a lot of their time in Holland. Very dodgy, very dodgy indeed.

Just ask me anything Alyn. Im a Faceache genius. 5 times over.
Willser. We have filled our quota of token Noordies for this semester. Maybe a new EU Directive will change things. Dont quote me on that though.
Get involved man. Its just a bit of craic.
But you have to submit a nude picture of yerself, covered in peanut-butter. Its not too much to ask.

What is it?Gibson wrote:Just ask me anything Alyn. Im a Faceache genius. 5 times over.
Where is it?
Is it really a joke? Because it has me totally baffled
Are people suspected of being Hersh in disguise banned?
Am I banned?
Does rugbydreamer have an older sister who likes the Ospreys?
Will the Dragons ever play as badly as they did last Satuday again if I go and see them?
Why didn't Nicola have on her wedding ring the first time I saw her, at the Dragons?
Why did France use Vincent Clerc on a crash ball straight into our pack?
Will Wales win the 6 Nations next year?
Why did my daughter tell me she wanted Moshi Monsters for her birthday, only to tell me today she wants Monster High stuff instead?
Is it really cheating to squeeze the Moshi Monster packets to feel which monsters are inside so you don;t waste money?
Is it a wise to rent a flat next to Kenfig Hill rugby club?
Ok that pretty much covers my immediate queries mate.

Its a Eugenics-based Cult. Willy is getting far too close for comfort. May need a visit from Tom Cruise
Where is it?
In the ether

Good.
Are people suspected of being Hersh in disguise banned?
Yes.
Am I banned?
No
Does rugbydreamer have an older sister who likes the Ospreys?
If she does - they cant live in the same house and possibly dont ever talk.
Will the Dragons ever play as badly as they did last Satuday again if I go and see them?
Most probably.
Why didn't Nicola have on her wedding ring the first time I saw her, at the Dragons?
She bought it in Woolies to lead you into her wedding-cake trap. Famous for it.
Why did France use Vincent Clerc on a crash ball straight into our pack?
You still haven't worked it out eh? Who' s in the Final then?
Will Wales win the 6 Nations next year?
No they will crash and burn on the unreal level of expectancy. As per. Possible wooden-spoon.
Why did my daughter tell me she wanted Moshi Monsters for her birthday, only to tell us today she wants Monster High stuff instead?
Its a woman. Silly question.
Is it really cheating to squeeze the Moshi Monster packets to feel which monsters are inside so you don;t waste money?
Even worse. Its morally wrong and a bad example to a child.
Is it a wise to rent a flat next to Kenfig Hill rugby club?
Where?
Ok that pretty much covers my immediate queries mate.

We've got a telly in the Café in work where we can watch it as long as we make up the time I've sky+ it anyway so I'll watch it later on when I get home. I so hope we get the win, they deserve to come away with something from the tournament.

That's the second time these Australian commentators have described James Hook's semi-final performance as 'rubbish.' No arguments there.

3-7, glad Hooky got his kick. Australia sounding really threatening going by the Radio Cymru commentary.
Oo is Cooper down? what happened, I can't quite make it out?
