The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
First topic message reminder :
Welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.
The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the pictures of
ST DAVID, THE Prince of Wales and WALE'S CAPTAIN
Happy St David's day

Really? And here was me deleting so many original posts and re-writing them before posting em, to avoid getting banned and losing international friends. Perception eh?

Banning a few eejits is just what this place needs!
I tell you, if I was in charge there would be a fair few who would spend more time on the naughty step than on here!

Nah EireB,
You helped tried to make me smile in here yesterday when I seriously thought this place was a lost cause.
I'd let you stay.
Might not have too many others to chat to mind!

Thats a given already.
I actually believe every word of that.
There is previous PJ. I'm looking forward to renewing a few aquaintances in Coppers

I love Ulster and Tayto crisps. Don't think I mention that enough.
Brad Thorn is a good signing, but if you wanted an enforcer for a few months, I could've come a bit cheaper and could have taken a two year sabbatical.

You're safe too Rev.
Even without the "bribe"!
Actually, I can just see this place if I was able to ban folks. Instead of the wee updates telling us how many more posters were using the site there would be a countdown of those remaining!
I might have to get out the wooden spoon!!!!

Re: The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
Hi all,
Haven't posted in here for a while. I;ve found the reaction of posters during the 6 Nations to be in many cases very aggressive and whats worse it brought out that side of me. I really wasn't enjoying 606V2 during the international period and just stopped posting.
Well done to the mods and admins and apologies to those people I may have offended [apart from Rev] (I was getting peeved off on several posts rather than in here).

MrsP as Mod? Man, most of the Pub would be banned for a start. Sure she could always talk to herself. Take over the aul Gibbo mantle.

I dont know what it was MrsP but I can imagine. I really dont like 606 around this time of year. Really dont like it. I think I'll leave it off til after its all over - maybe write an article or two.

PJ bud, I was being sarcastic. Keep it goin man. Love yer spot-on, well-put, irreverence. Its why I fell in love with ya in the 1st place... Dont Go Changin...
Many's the morn I woke up in a mild panic and deleted sheet that would definitely have got me banned. I have 100's of posts Ive not posted, in a file. When I read some of it, I think Jeeezuz man. All true, but not acceptable for kids to read. Too close to the bone. Mainly Irish and Welsh bones.
The Jocks and the English are grand I find. Well, with maybe 2 or 3 exceptions.

Do what I do Staggy...pop in now and again, when you do ignore most of the threads (you can sometimes work out which ones will kick off), write bollix and enjoy the match banter, ignore any wumming comments that appear after yours and then go away again The way I see it, a wum is only as annoying/persistent as their audience.
Oh yeah, and don't forget the Foe button is your friend...

Not looking at flights to Limerick in April cause that's Easter and I can't get time off work.
Also, Tommy is not in an Ulster shirt until September! In the meantime, Ulster lack totty points....
