The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub, Dar es Salaam
First topic message reminder :
Hamjambo. Karibuni Virtual Rugby Pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat. The pub has ventured to Dar es Salaam in Tanzania to visit pub regular MBTGOG on his big trip there. Maisha marefu! Afya! Vifijo!
The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the pictures of Sir Fred "The Needle" Allen, Aberdeen Shikoyi, Isoa Damudamu, Chris "Mossy" Patterson, Nathan Hines and Simon Danielli. The poor defenseless IRB referee's jersey draped over the dartboard is fair game though

Just got a €60 voucher from work and i'm looking to spend it on something that i normally wouldn't buy. Some lego would be my first option but i'm opening it up to the floor, best suggestion will be bought.
A Munster shirt.
Well, you said something you wouldn't normally buy.

What other choice was there in reality?
Advantage Leinster though I believe. He'll be down on Ulster if they try to slow the ball too much.

Poite would have been an advantage to Ulster alright. We should know how to play Nige by now.

In my office, i have my chair, my desk, two chairs on the opposite side of my desk and 5 meters clear walking to my door. Very few obstacles, so why is it that i cant leave or enter my office without falling over something and burning myself with hot coffee?

Man, you got to feel sorry for the sheep on this forum.
I think it is time we start a "save the poor sheep" campaign.

Do any of you know why the sheep stay away from cliffs when the sheep herders are around?

Paddy and Mick were walking along a country road one day when they came upon a sheep with its head stuck through a wire fence. Not being on to miss an opportunity, Paddy lept over the fence and had his way with said sheep. After finishing, he said to his mate, "Your turn, Mick" - to which Mick replied
"No feicin' way I'm putting my head through that fence...."

Hmmm, how to change the subject.
It's a cracking idea England and France have come up with to sort out the HC, no?

Which Mick are we on about here then? Did this Mick give the sheep a certain chocolate bar after?

Whether it is right or wrong, I think we will see some change to the format of the European Cups.
Re: The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub, Dar es Salaam
I hope its not a fudge. A messy compromise where everybody's worse off, or worse still England and/or France pull out for a season or two.

Rodders he is defnitely out of the semi final v Ospreys.
4-6 weeks is the verdict. The photo doesnt look promising. Makes him look like an old man with a cane.

Re: The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub, Dar es Salaam
Thats another blow for the big man. He's been in awesome form but thats his 3rd injury since returning last season.
He might have a contract until 2014 but the way he plays and the number of injuries he's had you wonder if that's a bit optimistic by the IRFU.
I'd love to see him last until 2015 but it looks like the writing is on the wall.

I think personally we are better off in NZ without him.
I see Donnacha Ryan won Munster player of the season.

Re: The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub, Dar es Salaam
Fair play to Ryan he's really come on his season but personally I think Coughlan, POM and Botha have been Munsters most consistant players over the season..perhaps even Mafi. POC would be up there too.
