Wimbledon Day 10
First topic message reminder :
Now it's really business time.
The matches have been previewed a done the order of play is out. Federer will be relieved to be on Centre and hoping for rain and a covered court. Murray too, as both stand to benefit if they win and their opponents have to play Thursday. I have no idea what the forecast is though.

Its a setup to close the roof later so Fed can get a break for the back pain.

How odd? How can a player look reasonable against an opponent looking poor?

Yes, it is called looking at the serve, movement , forehands and returns. I thought you knew that? Federer is looking good.

To loosen up the back?
Fed chose ends, I heard - Youzhny then chose to receive.

Well Federer looking workmanlike but far too hard to judge him as anything other than that considering how poor Youzny has looked.

Think I have seen enough to suggest that my prediction for an easy win for Federer today will be spot on. Youzny seems too slow around the court to trouble Roger.

LK just had a sneaky bet with a colleague.
I won't disclose details as it might jinx. I have a £10 punt on odds of 12-1 at the start of the tournament before the draw was made

Yeah, frustrating, isn't it.
Hope this wasn't in response to my question which was more of a trivial pursuit query.

No it is frustration at the organisers, they are so blinded by traditionalism that they arent thinking clearly. Rain is not their fault. Yes play outdoors but not when it is just gonna rain all day and turn into a farce!

Fanboys don't put other players as favourites for tournaments or give players their due. You are the fanboy. Time for foe. heh another.
Keep whinging that Fed is proving me right and you wrong. Also having rain delays affects both players, you idiot.

Except he didn't. Mayer threw 3 break points away (1 of which was a clear winner situation). Different situation and you know it.
