Chip Kelly seems to be the number 1 choice for Cleveland according to reports

Banner wants to do things the same way he did in Philly, installing a young innovative HC. Enjoy Banner playing a Mexican standoff with every contract negotiation Cleveland.

As for the Eagles I'm not entirely sure. I think its going to be a younger offensive mind, but Luries going to take his time and interview a lot of guys. Important for me he mentioned the leadership and character of the HC being more important than scheming X and Os, too many guys get HC jobs just for being great schemers.

I think they'll look at Chip Kelly, but not sure thats the best fit for all parties. Gut says hes going to Carolina. They've done their due diligence on the Atlanta assistants, and I'd be surprised if they dont look at Mike McCoy. I'm sure Jay Gruden will get a look when Cincy is done, and they might sound out Kyle Shanahan though thats a stretch

Some Browns people are saying Heckert isn't off to Arizona. Still annoyed they got rid of Heckert though apparently he knew it would happen because of Banner wanting full control over player decisions.

Blimey, been an interesting few days. I don't like the decision to fire Lovie, they should have given him one more year but hired a good offensive coordinator. The defence is brilliant, just need to build around Cutler, Marshall and Forte, starting with the OL

Wonder if Lewis and maybe Reed retiring will provide the team with a big motivational boost wanting to send them out on a high, though would say Reed looks like he could keep playing if he wanted.

Have to wonder whether Clements would be willing to go to Chicago, I know you have to go where the jobs are and I'm sure he would get more money as a HC but have to know he would instantly be hated by all those who liked him for bringing through Rodgers.

I think Chip Kelly would fit great in Tennessee when you look at their players. But Munchak, although a great guy, seems like a Yes man and that is why I don't see him as a great coach. One more year and out unless they shiw great progress
