Describing this vicious assault as hardly worth mentioning and merely trying to free the ball having being provoked, looks like condoning to me.

Yes it was, it was also truthful - the Irish fans have been good as gold on this topic. Some (a minority) of english fans have not been great. Some welsh fans (a monority) have not been great.

Can you point out where Welsh (excluding previous comments by View) and Irish fans who disagree with you differ in their opinion? I certainly agree with what the Irish fans have said. And have been very clear in such.
You seem to distinguish a difference between the opinions of the Irish and the Welsh though you are Pussyfooting about making your point...?

What is your issue with the punches? Did you see them connect?
"Healy reacted to cheating, he overreacted but it was not "unprovoked" as in he was hardly just doing it for a laugh. If you open your eyes its fairly obvious he was trying to free the ball." - How does this mean I condone stamping?
Describing this vicious assault as hardly worth mentioning and merely trying to free the ball having being provoked, looks like condoning to me - I described the "punches" as hardly worth mentioning not the stamp. This is an opinion that Guscott shares.
You are having real trouble understanding and following my posts. Starting to doubt you have the head for sensible debate.

Listen guns, you've made some foolish comments that the vast majority of your fellow Irish fans find embarrassing, I'd just leave it at that if I were you.
I don't hold them against you and neither will anyone else. Just move on and it will soon be forgotten, both the incident and your unfortunate comments.

I would have given him about 4-6, which I think is what he would have gotten had he not had a clean record. I know people are compaining about that and they are right to, but would that not be more of an issue with the system and how the IRB deals with disciplinary matters as opposed to Healy?

Is anyone still following the story or are you still bickering?
Looks like he could be released to play for Leinster this weekend. Given that his ban doesn't start until Sunday and all that. Makes a mockery out of the whole situation but the situation IS a mockery, if you want to ban someone for 4 weeks, then ban them for 4 weeks, not 3 weeks starting in 7 days!!

Ireland prop Cian Healy will miss two Six Nations games after being banned until 10 March for stamping on Dan Cole in Sunday's defeat by England. The loose-head was found guilty of "stamping or trampling on an opponent". Healy escaped without a yellow or red card from referee Jerome Garces during the match, but the front-rower was cited by citing
commissioner Alberto Recaldini of Italy.
I guess Alberto didn't bother check with the well informed 606 opinions first.

Who are these posters who disagreed with the citing?
Same as when you said,

Quite nausea ting to see so many one eyed 'fans' jumping in to justify a plain act of illegal thuggery. The citing commissioners must have got this all wrong. They are supposed to have cited Cole for hitting Healy's boot with his ankle."
Who are these people who are seeking to justify Healy's actions?
It looks like you are the victim of your own assumptions there gregortree.

I dont think anyone said that he shouldn't be cited and only View thought his actions were merited.
A good number of us disagreed that his actions were premeditated and intentionally dangerous, unfortunately that resulted in lots of name calling and accusations of intent to incite argument in a remarkably pathetic fashion.

Keith Wood? I thought he was pretty fair:
Said about the stamp: He should have been sin binned.
Said about the punches Healy threw: He just lost it.
And at half time: The Ireland management need to gauge his mind-set to see if Healy is calm enough to come out and play the second half.

Re: Cian Healy - cited
I thought Wood did a good job of trying to keep balance as the other three wanted him banned for life.

Best to go straight to the horse's mouth:

PS (it is clearly not a one eyed view)

Re: Cian Healy - cited
Wood was clearly not happy about what he said, especially as someone who has green running through his veins. What Ireland player or supporter would be? But, as expected, he was fair and honest.
What I thought was more interesting was his discussion at halftime about the raw physicality of the match. Really great commentary.

I knew it. See how she's used the clever lengthening of the word ages to imply that Healy's ban is too long - typical Don't be sucked in now, fellas
