Sigh, you'll moan at Nick next for something but you're no better. You've been outplayed all over, youve been patronised by BT nicely too with a bit of noise being some epic achievement (note: we've been nicely audible above you all game) and now its the big'un.

2 really good results by west ham and the rest pretty poor. ...
Ravael needs to be given the reigns to play freely. A class above anyone on the pitch on the ball. Yet for the under 21's does so much more and is so much more effective.
Come on palace hold on.. Desperate times.

Little miffed about the goal being disallowed, but I actually dont think Sam deserved the team to get him a point tonight.
Him and Nolan need future endeavouring, or at least put into stasis until the mythical day Carroll is fit

Probably nothing wrong with the goal. But the whistle went before the goal was scored.
It wasn't off side , not sure about a foul either, but the later was the call.

Thats the trouble, who is there? We could probably take Malky, he likes us n all, but theres no standout quality. I like Jol, but he doesnt put any fight into a team.mystiroakey wrote:Who would you go for dolphin?
I've been saying it for awhile, we're in trouble. We played one good half against Norwich and one good half against Palace, but when your manager refuses to buy a back up striker to Carroll then you're gonna find a team that struggles to score.
Ravel is the only thing from me going mental, and he lost the plot, slapped a player and is now out for Liverpool. Where we havent won in 60 years.

Ravael looks class . Looked to play so within himself though. Could have done much more. The only moment he wakes up is at the end to throw a slap..

This is probably the reason we haven't sacked Hughton, there is no real standout replacement out there for clubs such as us and West Ham. We could have a fight over MalkyDolphin Ziggler wrote:Thats the trouble, who is there? We could probably take Malky, he likes us n all, but theres no standout quality. Re: Barclays Premier League 13/14 Thread
Yet hes about 20 years old and every player in our team looks to him when they have the ball. He needs a proper striker to play off. First half he had Nolan in his way, second half everyone was devoid of ability.mystiroakey wrote:Ravael looks class . Looked to play so within himself though. Could have done much more. I think Ravael needs to realise that he may be better off being a bit more selfish mate .. Well until Carroll comes back.

Re: Barclays Premier League 13/14 Thread
18 months I think. We're trying to tie him down, but I'm not sure why he'd agree to it.
On the terms of our run and Allardyce's future...I think if we don't beat Sunderland then he's possibly out the door. Like John said, our fixtures are:
liverpool (a)
sunderland (h)
tottenham (a) (Albeit this is in the cup)
Man u (a)
arsenal (h)
There's three points there. Nothing more. We havent won at Anfield in mine or my father's lifetime I dont think, we have no striker to take advantage of United's weaknesses and Arsenal always batter us, even when they are playing badly. Carroll could be back in the squad for West Brom on the 28th, never have we needed his quality more.

I think your players especially Morrison will rise to the challenge of the better teams..
Palace have been a pretty hard team to beat for the top clubs we have played so far. United, arsenal , Tottenham only really scrapped past us.
We have had players behind the ball. Other teams will play against you and offer you the ability to counter..You should target 5 pts out of them.

My night could never get worse than the defeat to Palace back in May. When Zaha's 2nd went in, i just lost all motivation for life! Literally didn't say a word for the rest of the night, hit the bed, and cried into my pillow. No joke. But tonight, brought back memories we lose to Barnsley, they beat West Ham.Dolphin Ziggler wrote:It could be worse, I'd imagine this is the worst night of Nick's life.
